I'd give a zero if I could. We checked out the next day and stayed at another hotel for our next night in Indiana. I'll start off with the good points. The front desk staff were very friendly. We checked in at night, I don't recall his name but he was kind and accommodating. The next day, the general manager was there. He too was great and friendly. I almost feel the GM should be working at a much nicer place given his demeanor and professionalism. The whole place is filthy. Our first room we went into, the handle was broken, the room smelled of cigarettes and poop. I requested another room. The other room didn't smell, but it was just as dirty. We checked in late and we needed a place to sleep. I wiped everything down with a soapy washcloth so we could touch counters and light switches. The washcloth was BROWN when I finished. Absolutely disgusting. The floor looked like it had never been touched. Crumbs, hair, dirt. It was disgusting.

Staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy, but room was not in the best condition, toilet kept clogging up, couch was dirty, sheets had spots on it and pool area could be kept up a little better but over all for one night not terrible. Hoping breakfast is good in the morning.

Hotel was in a nice area easily accessible from the Interstate, unfortunately the indoor pool was not available because of a maintenance issue with the heater and circulation pumps. I was really looking forward to a nice swim. I purposely chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. Room was very nice and clean and spacious.

Friendly staff but had to move rooms because our non-smoking room reaked of cigarettes. The 2nd room was near someone who was cooking forgein food with a terrible smell. Had to use towels to block off the door to keep it out. The sink leaked on the counter and the outlet didnt work. We left asap in the morning, but the breakfast was pretty decent in the am.

Nice place to stop at on way to OH. Had all the amenities I needed and was warm and quiet, to boot. Staff was helpful and polite.

Entry to door was hard … first time ever I had to pull up on lever vs down to enter. Desk person chuckled and said “yeah they can be tricky try pulling up instead of down” The laminate floors were so dirty our shoes were sticking as we walked. My grandson spilled water on floor we used hand towel to clean up and was filled with dirt! Curtain shears had stains. The black out drapes … could not tell if they were sun faded or dirty. One side side not have pull stick on it to close and was sticky to touch. Heat was on and blazing hot. The controls you could lower temperature but no change could be felt. We switched to cool for air conditioner and would not kick in. Turned the off the unit to get it to cool down room. Lights in bathroom were very dim and one bulb was out. Shower was luke warm at best when turned all the way to hot. Walls were paper thin. The person above our room must have been a giant. We heard stomping all night! Then to add insult to injury someone pulled fire alarm. Went off quickly but fir trucks still showed up with lights and sirens. Would not recommend or ever stay at a Quality in and suites again!

The room Lighting was dim/dark and one of the nightstands didn’t have a lamp. The television wasn’t a 52 inch screen as advertised (it was more like a 32 inch screen); and, the television didn’t work - the picture was frozen and the controls didn’t work.

There is nothing to like. The food service is awful because they did not keeping fill up the hot foods and other stuffs. We wait for at least 20 minutes to get the eggs and sausages. Unfriendly staff. The pool is not clean.

We were only at the property for a short time. If we could improve our stay, it would be longer pool hours (we returned at 10 pm and would have used the pool but it closed at 10), and we had noisy neighbors at 5 am. But the property itself was fine and we had a good night's sleep otherwise.

this is a horrible place,, staff is so freaking rude , the building is so dirty ... we paid to stay there and didn't even make 2 hours before we left .. Do Not Waste YOUR TIME AND MONEY.. WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE OFFICE MONDAY.......the drapes were all torn and the floor was so dirty we didn't even take our shoes off. you could see they didn't change their mop water. do not stay here.
