Hi Natalie, I am so sorry to hear that your stay was not up to our Quality Standards. We do try our best to eliminate all guest smoking in the rooms as we are a non-smoking property. I have had our maintenance team take a look at the outlets in the room to get them back up in running. I am pleased to hear that our staff was friendly!
