"I’m not from the Portland area so I was just crossing my fingers that the reviews were reliable, I can say they were. The hotel is in an ideal part of Portland, we were so close to everything. The parking lot isn’t the biggest, but it feels safe and is clean. The hotel itself is clean and requires your keycard for entrance after you check in which made it feel safe. Our room was well kept, however our AC didn’t work. We called the front desk and they offered to switch us rooms, we decided to stick it out but were very appreciative of their offer. They had plenty of breakfast options, I would recommend. "

"Front desk staff were so nice. My daughter (8) loves “staying in the city” and she let the front desk staff know how excited she was to “have a view”. They put us on the top floor. Parking is a little bit on the tighter side, we have an SUV. Overall, great stay, nice area and we felt safe. Very close to the convention center and could have easily done the 10 minute walk to and from. "
