I arrived at the hotel at 7:00 p.m. There was no one at the reception, there is an automatic check-in machine, I entered my name and reservation number, I was told that there was no reservation in my name, I had to take another hotel and pay again,

Sehr geehrter Herr Shimon, das tut uns leid, wenn etwas beim check-in schiefgelaufen ist. Leider wurde auf der Buchung ein anderer Name angegeben, wie der wo nun angezeigt wird. Sie konnten alternativ aber auch mit der Buchungsnummer von Expedia einchecken. Außerdem steht eine Notfallnummer direkt am Automat, wo man uns jederzeit erreichen kann.

Close to city center
Hotel is close to city center 8 minutes walk & clost to train station lot of shopping’s if some one wish too, about the hotel it doesn’t have elavators in the building , it is writh in the city overall it is ok.

Great, budget friendly place.
Staff was great, they need more than one pillow in the room. Breakfast was good, they didn’t charge me to park.

Small room, small bathroom but this is expected in Europe. Good location, was a little difficult to find but mostly because the building next to the hotel was being remodelled. Parking for 3 or 4 cars, just enough. Continental breakfast OK, European standard.

I've previously stayed at the Europa Munich which i liked quite well. I expected something comperable and was disappointed. The room was clean but seemed somewhat dull. One light out in the bathroom and only one overhead light which did not illuminate the room well. The breakfast provided was good and the best part of the stay.

Not all it could be
The hotel Europa is a very small hotel in a small town outside of Karsruhe Germany. If you are used to small town hotels, this one is fine. If you are not, you may be in for a surprise. There are only a few rooms, but they are all up stairs and there is no elevator. Not friendly for anyone with any sort of disability. Breakfast is included, but it is not much more than the standard "continental breakfast" in many US chain hotels. Hard-boiled eggs, various breads, cereal and juice. Some meat and cheese also. Parking is a nightmare. There are four parking places for the hotel on their property. Otherwise you are parking on the street. Parking in their four spaces is very, very tight and requires backing out through the entrance. The hotel is walking distance from the Pflorzheim Hbf and there are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. If there is any way to avoid parking a car at the hotel, do it.

Tæt på centrum men
Lidt ked af mine 2 dage på hotellet . Wifi virker ikke medmindre du lader værelsesdøren stå åben. Meget larmende hotel . Du kan hører overbo gå wc og dertil lyde . Døre smækker hårdt . Men personalet er meget rare og prøver at hjælpe det de nu kan hjælpe med . Og 5 min til centrum på gåben .

Sehr flexibler Zimmerservice: das Hotelzimmer wurde binnen 30 Minuten fertig gemacht, obwohl ich kein early check-in angemeldet hatte. Herzlichen DAnk, und ich komme gerne wieder!

Ok ställe men inget utöver det basala. Heltäckningsmattan i hotellrummet blev genomdränkt när jag duschade då jag använt duschdraperiet på fel sätt. Väldigt liten tv med dåligt utbud på kanaler. Fönster mot parkering. Lite svårt att få fatt i personalen vid frukosten. Litet urval på frukostbuffén. I övrigt trevligt och fräscht.

Vi var veldig fornøyd med vårt opphold på Hotel Europa i Pforzheim, på alle områder. Har ikke hatt noen negative opplevelser, som andre refererer til. Det finnes ikke heis, men fikk hjelp med bagasjen fra hotellet.

Zentrales Hotel in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes
Vom Hauptbahnhof sind es nur wenige Gehminuten zum Hotel. Das Hotelteam war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das inkludierte Frühstück war in Ordnung. Für den Preis kann und darf man hier nicht meckern!! Die Zimmereinrichtung ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch gepflegt. Leider fand ich die Matratze sehr weich und für die Sommermonate hätte ich mir auch einen Ventilator gewünscht, es war sehr heiß in der Nacht. Das Bad war renoviert. Jederzeit gerne wieder. In Anbetracht auf das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Gut!

Schneller und freundlicher Check-In und Check-Out. Nicht mehr ganz neues aber gepflegtes Hotel mit grossen Zimmern. Es gibt alles was man für einen Businessaufenthalt braucht. Ideal gelegen um die Stadt zu entdecken und sehr bahnhofsnah. Sehr gut ist, dass das Hotel über eine eigene Tiefgarage verfügt. Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack.

Très bon accueil pour cet hôtel propre et très bien placé, où je retournerai lors de mes prochains déplacements. Parking dans l'hôtel très utile et gratuit. Comme souvent en Allemagne, de simples rideaux d'occultation remplacent les volets. On est donc réveillé de bonne heure.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Schlecht ist die Parkplatzsituation. Ich würde auf Grund der anderen Kriterien trotzdem wieder buchen.

Sehr schlechte Matratzen
Bei meinem 2-tägigen Aufenthalt wurde das Zimmer nach dem ersten Tag nicht gereinigt und auch nicht das Bett gemacht. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung und nur eine Betthälfte war bezogen auf der anderen lag eine Wolldecke. Die Matratze war extrem schlecht - man konnte jede Feder spühren... Das Personal war aber freundlich und das Frühstück sehr einfach aber o.k.

Billigt litet hotell med fräcscha små nyrenoverade rum med hög renlighet. Bra skrivbord, minimal tv och en trång toalett. Centralt placerat och bra värde för pengarna om man bara skall stanna några enstaka nätter utan några störe krav på extravagans.

Prima hotel voor een nachtje op doorreis. Erg schoon en goed betaalbaar!.Ontbijt was ook helemaal goed. Vriendelijk personeel. Bedden wel erg zacht, maar voor een nachtje ok. nadeel was dat er geen parkeerplek was. Alles stond steeds vol. De dame van de balie wilde ons wel steeds waarschuwen als er wat vrij kwam, maar in de 2 dagen dat wij er waren lukte dat niet. Verder was er aan de stad weinig aan, alles was wel op redelijke loopafstand, maar is gewoon weinig te doen. Hotel verder dikke prima voor zo'n prijsje

located close, but on the opposite side of the central railway statoin and during the 1st night no heat was avail in the rooms, ... -they had problems with the heating system. Otherwise the staff were lovely and extremely helpful and breakfast was good. I was on a business trip and the the hotel was mas 10 minwalk to central train station and wireless internert connection in the room worked well.
