Nice Hotel

Pros: Rooms, staff and quiet location
Cons: Parking
Location: Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood near a beautiful park. Baden-Baden has many cultural venues and museums and the Black Forest.
I am staying at the Leonardo on a regular base. I find everything satisfying from the friendly staff, the clean and comfortable rooms and the great breakfast buffet. Only the parking situation is a problem. Even the location is not close to the center of town you can reach it with an easy and beautiful fifteen minute walk.

The staff was extremely helpful, but the facilities in the public areas were rather run down. It seems upkeep is not a priority.

Overall good but late check-in

Hotel is overall very nice, however when checking in we had to wait an additional 2 hours from the set out check-in time. We got offered a "worse" room if we did not want to wait.

The hotel is older than it appears in it's photos. Our room was very musty smelling.
