I try to always stay here. It would be nice if they switch up& have pork sausages& turkey(for people who dont eat meat). When they hotel is empty, I feel it should be less expensive

Nice hotel!
Quick friendly service at check-in. We were even offered bottled water and a cookie! Nice, clean room. Clean bathroom with good water pressure and super water drainage in the shower. Also, nice free breakfast! Would stay again!

Checked in after 9:00pm with my family on Thanksgiving night. The pullout sofa bed had crumbs under the cushions and on the mattress. It was decided that I would sleep another bed with my granddaughter. I went downstairs and told the checkin attendant, who was willing to give us another room. I informed him that we were preparing for bed, but wanted to let him know that his cleaning staff did not do a good job on this room (227). Also, the chair in the room had popcorn on it as well.

It was satisfactory. I had a long wait to check in while the clerk on duty seemed to take an unnecessarily long time with the check-in of someone ahead of me. But otherwise the front desk service was courteous. The room was nothing special but okay.

Don’t be fooled by the low review scores
In choosing this hotel, I was concerned at a few reviews that gave it a very low score. It did not square with very high scores given by others. I concluded that the low scores were given by travelers who had a personal situation that drove the score, having nothing to do with the hotel. So, I decided to take a chance. I found this hotel much more in keeping with the high scores. It was clean and well maintained, and the staff was courteous and professional. Seems very unfair for a few angry travelers to bring the average score down. Stay here — you won’t regret it!

Staff was rude. I was traveling with a baby and had to BEG after 4 days to just get trash emptied. AC wasn't working - had to buy a fan. No baby crib as promised. Had to buy one of those too. Refrigerator wasn't working properly and the baby's formula spoiled. The ONLY bright spot was the maintenWhen I requested fresh towels after several days, I was told there was none. Only bright spot was rhe maintenance man who came running when I couldn't communicate with housekeeping staff that spoke no English. I believe his name was Paul. He was a lifesaver.

The room was dirty with stains on the floor- the shower did not have hot water and there was mold around the edges. My fridge was broken and nothing was cold so the food I brought had to be thrown away until the fridge was fixed. The pool outside had no water - I paid $250 a night and it was absolutely not worth $250 a night - so disappointed and I never complain
