There were very few disappointing things at the hotel. The room was slightly messy. Alot of the ammenities were closed or broken (like the game room.) But the staff is extremely friendly and professional. This is my first time booking a hotel room ever and they made it enjoyable. Easy. And were very receptive to when i needed help or toiletries.

The Staff was extremely friendly and checked on us several times to ensure our stay was pleasant and we had everything we needed. I would have to say they actually went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our surroundings . When we visit Ms we will stay here again!

Don’t pass this one up. Clean and perfect!!!!
I think this place was terrific!! Everything perfect!Clean friendly comfortable just everything!! It was one of the best holiday inns I have ever been. So so nice in every way. I’m very very fussy so I check everything. Bar made food and ate a delicious cheeseburger with fries and drink and bill was cheap. From the minute I walked in liked it. No horrible smell just comfortable and clean and wish I could stay there all the time!!!! If rating on 10 give it 11

This property was situated in a way. It was very hard to figure out how to get in the parking lot and how to get out of it. The carpet in the downstairs area was very dirty and needed a good vacuum. I got into the room very late at night, and when I woke up in the morning, I noticed that the door to an adjoining room was unlocked. That means I slept the whole night with the room open to anyone that had a key to the adjoining room. Pretty scary!

Great room with jetted tub. Staff was very pleasant. Food was great for breakfast buffet. I suggest getting there early for breakfast because they did run out of most hot options at one point, they did refill everything but it took a little bit for it to happen. Really my only complaint about our stay was all the baseball teams staying there. Had a very small window to use the pool without being overun with loud and rowdy kids. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The staff at this property was so welcoming and nice. The beds were super comfy. We were in town for a sporting event and it did the trick as far as a comfortable bed near our sporting area. It was always greeted with the welcoming staff!!

Had to ask for bed set for the pull out beds and was advised they had no pillows to give us. The door in our room was coming off the hinge. The breakfast you had to pay for and it definitely wasn't worth it.

Property was really nice and quiet. The only thing that wasn’t ok was breakfastS they billed it at $7.50 per person but it was just a generic breakfast in warmer trays. Eggs and sausage were hard, not worth the price. Property is great, avoid the breakfast.

Outside of the TV not functioning on certain channels and freezing during Game 6 of the finals the stay was pleasant and the hotel. I was also a little taken aback by the fact that the room had the black out curtains not a huge gap that allowed the sun in which defeats the purpose of blackout blinds/curtains.
