The staff was so sweet! The room was large, lots of lighting and mirrors! The bed was comfortable! I got there late and left so early so I did not try breakfast out but they offered that as early as 6:30am I believe, as well as WiFi! The room was maybe a little outdated but otherwise a safe, quiet, comfortable room!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Onsite armed security provided an extra level of comfort. The breakfast was excellent and offered many options. Air conditioned room was welcome to offset the humidity for sleeping.

I've stayed at other good hotels around the area before. I was surprised that it is affordable comfortable and overall a great place to stay. Rooms are small but awesomely well kept nice and clean.

The property is cute but expedia is advertising they offer shuttle service to the airport and they dont. This is the main reason i picked the hotel as I needed to be to the airport at 5am. The girl at the front desk also tried telling me my payment didnt go through with expedia even though I pulled up my credit card bill showing that it was paid for. She tried to say I still owed and I told her it was her problem with expedia. I wasnt going to pay again. We got dinner at the restaurant onsite. The bartender was friendly and we got good service, but I now have a parasitic worm from the salad I ordered. Ive been sick for 5 days!

Dear Sthepanie, We are very sorry that the information you received regarding transportation to the airport was not correct, the hotel does have a group of taxi drivers, however the transfer to the airport is directly with them. Regarding the problem in your stomach, I told you that we are very careful in the handling of food and beverages, never in our 20 years of operation have we had a similar situation, we hope you are completely recovered.

This Boutique hotel is so cute! Also the views from the 6th floor are beautiful. The breakfast is also delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

Budget property
Our stay was adequate for the price. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable however we had 3 very flat pillows and were there for a surgery. I requested extra pillows the first evening and they were never brought. There is nowhere to purchase sodas or beverages of any kind until evening at the restaurant and not much within walking distance. They have a really nice bar area and we were there over a weekend, so would’ve thought it would be open for drinks in the evening, however they had music playing and a tv on but never saw any humans at all. It did feel very safe and quiet.

While I realize I’m in a foreign Country, it’d be amazing to have someone speak even minimal English as it’s the language of travel, otherwise a great place with easy access to the mall nearby 😁
