Nice hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Posted Oct 10, 2016
Pros: Cleanliness, and front desk helpfulness.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Location: Walking distance from main train station, bus and streetcar stops. Downtown Kassel is also only a short walk away.
Enjoyed my stay here, despite the small room size. I arrived several hours early, but the staff provided Internet connectivity, coffee, and water while I waited for check-in time. Will definitely use again

Okay

Posted Aug 19, 2016
Cons: Downtown after work hours is deserted. The room was very warm and never did cool off. Left windows open all night.
Location: Not really close to anything. 25 minute drive to Schloss Wilhelm.... Other hotels were closer to this attraction.
The hotel was beautiful and the staff very helpful.

Exceptional Accommodation

Posted May 1, 2016
Pros: Ultra modern, comfortable and exceptional staff
Cons: Provide evening meals as it is not close to restaurants.
Location: Near the rail station, but the area in general is not as good as some parts of Kassel.
A refreshing exception to the norm. The hotel looked average until entering then it became evident it was ultra modern with quality fittings everywhere. The type of hotel you do not want to be leaving when the time comes to go. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dining room was delightful and sadly only for breakfast. The breakfast was one of the best you could find anywhere as everything was thought about and provided.

Nice hotel close to the train station in Kassel

Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: Modern design inside.
Cons: Clear signs to spot the hotel while driving around. Maybe a gate on the parking lot since it is so close to the train station.
Location: The famous Kassel park is a must see. You can easily spend 2 to 3h walking around there. That's the number one reason for spending time in Kassel.
The hotel is not easy to spot from the outside. No clear sign. Also difficult to locate the parking lot for the same reason. Exterior appearance is very plain. But once you step inside the modern design is quite apparent. The suite we had on the top floor was well designed: very modern bathroom, nice bedroom and a small living room with desk and sofa to relax. For international people TV had a very limited choice of,options and nothing international. there is also no restaurant in the hotel but they do serve breakfast (buffet). Quite a range of restaurants within walking distance. For the famous Kassel park it is about 10 min away by car. Or by tram.

Centrally located

Posted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: Centrally located, nice breakfast.
Cons: The parking lot area and hotel access.
Location: Train station right across the street. Shopping and dining areas within five minutes.
The actual hotel and the website represented hotel are two different things. That doesn't mean the hotel is a bad place to stay, just that they had a really good marketing firm take the pictures from just the right angles. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and it's right in the center of town across from the train station. If I was traveling by train this is where I would stay. The hotel parking lot is not very nice (being kind), very spacious, just not someplace I'd be late at night. The restaurant is only open for breakfast, so you're walking to the pedestrian area for dinner (about five minute walk). The breakfast is very nice and has about twice what you get at other hotels.

Great hotel opposite Kassel hbf. First rate

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Location, air conditioning that works, bar fridge that workers without door card, in room safe, good size TV, internet that is fast, good size room.
Cons: None
Location: Kassel is a medium size town, good transport system by train, tram. Hilly and green. If you want a slower paced down then this is a good one.
Has everything you want in a Hotel and a reasonable price. After 17 or so hotels through Poland and Western Europe only this hotel had all we wanted. Highly recommended and I'm very fussy !!!

Modern hotel in great location

Posted Jul 5, 2014
Cons: The Internet connection setup is too complicated and sometimes didn't work with iPhones.
Location: Carricatura, Lolita Bar and Bomber Harris Biergarten just behind are excellent places to go.
Everything went super smoothly from arrival till our departure. The hotel offers free parking for those who arrive by car like us. And since it's a fairly new hotel (despite the charming 60s look front he outside) everything is in good condition. The location is brilliant – for short business trips as well as for vacations featuring a bit of nightlife too (which isn't the easiest thing to do in Kassel).
