Prima hotel

Pros: Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid.
Cons: Airco op de kamer en badkamer.
Location: Gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg.
Mooie ruime kamer met goede bedden. Ontbijt was prima. Alleen jammer dat de kamer geen airco had.

You deserve better!

First impressions were not bad. Fantastic pool & friendly receptionists. Then it went downhill:- our room overlooked 2 rubbish skips, the wi-fi and electricity were not working in the AM. Oh...and the hotel is next to a busy road & noisy even with the windows closed. It was a toss-up between unbearable heat or constant noise/ pollution from the road. The surrounding area is very low rent. Seriously, the pool is the best thing about this hotel. Oh and the night-time receptionist who lent me his personal phone when the internet went down as I had a crucial business matter to deal with. They also charge you 5 Euros for parking, even though you're in the middle of an out of town shopping area. There must be better options in Kassel...

We built the gates on the parking area to have mor safety for the cars of our guests. We refurbished the hotel already partially. For example the lobby, three floors and the restaurant are already renovated. We are constantly striving to improve the quality of our house and our service. Our room was outdated by 20 years. The carpet was discussing. We've stayed at many hotels that were 4 star rated and this one was by far the worst. On the contrary, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and there is a huge car park on premises, charged at 5 euros per day...which is a fair price to pay for the added convenience. Overall, below average for 4 star standard.

brilliant breakfast and a good sized room

Easy to find. Noisy young turks racing around a bit nearby but that isn't the hotels fault. HUGE room service breakfast! We only ordered for one but they brought for two so it ended up doing for lunch and dinner as well, so we definitely didn't mind paying the extra :)

Hyfsat övernattningsrum...

Slitet hotellrum, såg dock ut som att man renoverar, låg massa möbler och inventarier utslängda på gården. Helt ok att övernatta här under vidare färd. Trevlig engelsktalande personal.
