Bathrooms were not the cleanest. Lots of people getting high. Hallways smelled like weed. I mean it’s 50 bucks a night so I guess I got what I paid for.

Worst stay ever
Third floor has permanent residents that partied all night. Management was pissed with us when we complained. Tv did not work so we could not drown out the noice. Changed floors the second night and it was much quieter. However, there was hairs all over the bed when we pulled the sheets back. Breakfast was a joke, lucky to get coffee. Will never stay here again!

Cockroaches in the bathroom, ants were on the desk, bedside table and the bathroom. The keycard door lock wouldn’t open and needed to have the staff open every time we needed to get in our room. Also the hotel smelled musky, like an old ashtray. The staff was nice, and more than willing to help get us into our room.

I liked the convenience/location of the property. We went to Marianna to visit the caverns & it was very close. There is a Ruby Tuesday restaurant close by & a Dunkin Donuts that made meals quick & easy with great service. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The price was very competitive!! The room was nice but the beds were not very comfortable. The fridge was not very cold & there were tiny ants in the bathroom. I would probably stay again if we were passing through the area.

Nice from the outside but older on the inside. We had tiny ants coming from behind the mirror crawling all over the sink. The refrigerator was plugged in next to the bed blocking the side into the bed. We had to unplug it to get in and out of the bed.

First off the staff acted like i was interupting thier evening. Then i was given a room with two beds when i had reserved a room with one bed. The hall leading to our room had trash on the floow and smelled heavy of merijuana. Thw room looked ok at first... then we noticed the bugs... roaches and ants.when I told the front desk. They didnt even try to act supprized... we packed up and left.

The rooms appeared clean, but after taking a closer look (pulling back the sheets on the bed/ inspecting the towels) there was hair everywhere. Not even sure how this happens. Who ever is cleaning the rooms must be shedding very badly, there was hair on the wash clothes, pillows, towels, sheets etc. We asked to switch rooms and still found hair in the beds. Pretty gross. Will not return to this hotel. There are others in the area that are cleaner.

General confutuin of hotel is poor. Furniture, bath, flooring worn, spots on carpets, etc. The cost does reflect the condition but i wouldnt have this listed as a choice on hotels.com.

Worst hotel bed I ever slept in. No room service. Seen a roach in the bathroom. The tub didn’t drain properly so you stand in water while you shower.

Room tiolet wasn’t flushing properly ants in bathroom one of the bed’s linens dirty called front desk finally answered after 3 calls stated he will notify maintenance in the morning. Wanted to come in room to look after 10:30 at night I’m a woman you’re not coming in here sir . Very dissatisfied
