The hotel service was great the Expedia I was very disappointed I by mistake put tomorrows date down instead of today for check in and had to call Expedia when we got to hotel. Expedia charged an additional fee even when hotel didn’t want to. Poor customer service

This is no more than a flop house floors so dirty had to wear shoes so didn’t get bed dirty . No ventilation in the bathroom. Ice machine broken property in general needs to be condemned. Unsecured doors even at night locks broken. Rooms dark vagrants in hallways really in all third world experience.

Rooms were clean and well-stocked. Surprisingly quiet despite being next to the interstate. The lady at the front desk (Wendy) was extremely sweet and welcoming, made the check-in/out process quick and easy.

I made a mistake in the date of the reservations and the clerk in the front desk when about and beyond to help me get it fixed. Super nice lady. Her name was Wendy.
