Mrs. Fuller I'm truly sorry for your experience. I asked you personally was everything ok yesterday morning and you told me about the noise outside never anything about the room. I'm so sorry you feel that way and sorry about the confusion. I did tell you it was senior night graduation isn't until May, but it was senior night last night for their football games. Again, I'm truly sorry wish whenever you were this way again you would've given us another chance to make it right.

Sorry for your inconvenience but yes, your right we don't allow anyone to leave the breakfast area because the syrup gets very messy in rooms and attracts insects we don't want, and I truly apologize for your inconvenience, but I appreciate you letting us know the room was very clean and nice.
