I was charged $15 fee for have my small dog join me in the room. I asked for towels because I was provided with 2 small towels and I was denied towels. The bathroom sink doesn't have pressure. The details on this hotel saud they provide breakfast but when I checked in they said no breakfast.

Poorly run motel from checking in to checking out. also overpriced in comparison to other motels we stayed at on this same trip. i would not recommend this motel or any motel connected with the Wyndham name. also false advertising since you listed free breakfast and there was no free breakfast. also, there was only one facecloth, no hot water, sink was clogged up, refrigerator was old and peeling, microwave was discolored and unappealing. overall, this place should have been condemned.

I honestly can’t even believe I was charged for a single night here. I have pictures to prove that half the lights didn’t work, we tried to move lightbulbs around to make two of them by the bed work. One was broken so it didn’t even accept the lightbulb. The hairdryer was melted. There was no smoke detector. I was scared to use the bathtub due to this. And there were homeless drunk people walking their pit bulls through from sunset until sun up, along with all sorts of people playing music loudly outside their rooms so my son couldn’t sleep. I have pictures to prove all this. I get that it’s cheap, but it’s not even worth $10 a night. Honestly.

This place was represented incorrectly there was no breakfast nor coffee, tv didn’t work, refrigerator was broken it felt like sleeping on a loud box spring, there was yelling and cursing in the night and barking dogs

I won’t be returning anytime soon to this hotel.
The first room given to me had someone already in it and in bed. She was not happy when i opened the door. The second room didn’t have a working TV, only one of the lamps in the room worked so i had to carry around a light bulb to lamp to lamp if i wasn’t near the light source. The sheets were soiled and the fridge was rusted all over the outside.

Doors hard to open due to them being warped. Bare minimum when it comes to anything in the room. Rust coated refrigerator. Even though Hotel.com states they have breakfast that is not true. I have had better for the same price.

Worst stay I have ever had in my life
No room key till next day, property was not well kept with trash in several areas. I asked for towels at 2pm and was told to comeback at 3:15pm. I returned around 6pm and was told I would get them in a little while. After calling and going to the office 6 times, I got 2 sets of towels at 10:30pm. Plus there were dead roaches in the light fixtures in the bathroom. I am contacting corporate and Bbb. I am still waiting for receipt as printer didn’t work. I’ve contacted the office and always told to call back. Mold in rooms, water is extremely hot as you can get burned. Needs a paint job

Wyndham should disavow this place immediately!
Wyndham should take their name OFF of this motel location! They do NOT honor the rewards, they do NOT offer the free breakfast that is shown on their website, they will NOT give you a receipt showing full payment if you book and pay thru a third party site like Hotels.com. The "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarettes, there was no coffee maker in the room, the soap was about the size of a postage stamp, the freezer compartment was dirty with something yellow that had spilled and frozen over. I understand that this is a discount motel and you're not paying for high end amenities, but it should be clean! If a motel no longer offers something like breakfast then take it off the website! This place is a disgrace to the good name and reputation of the Wyndham chain!

No remote for TV, advised Front Desk around 16:00 was told one will be brought, had to go get from Front Desk at 22:45. Yellow chair missing leg, found out when I sat in it and ended up on floor knees first. No towels, due to laundry not done. Never got any towels during entire stay. Wanted to take a bath, but no stopper. Breakfast is not provided, nor was coffee. Only pluses was bed was comfortable and Staff very friendly. Would not recommend

We got to choose a room with hot water and no TV or cold water and a TV. We took the hot water option. The faucet broke in the shower, the water wouldn't shut off. The night clerk came right away when we called, but he couldn't turn it off either. We were offered another room, but it was 3am and we didn't feel like moving all our stuff upstairs in our pajamas, so we just stayed with the noise. The price was OUTRAGEOUS for a crappy place.

Dont go to Super 8 in Crestview FL
Hotel had decent ratings on Hotel.com but when I showed up had no hot water, toilet wouldn't flush, feminine hygiene in toilet that wouldn't flush, bandage on floor, security chain on door was broken, no continental breakfast that was mentioned in ad. lots of people outside playing music, hanging out dinking and smoking pot. I didn't fee too safe on hotel premises, I don't think i"ll ever stay here again. This is also my 1st bad review for a hotel. I wouldve taken pictures of all the people outside but was concerned that they might get upset. I tool pics of the toilet not flushing but its disgusting to post.

The room was fine and seemed clean. The bed was decent. All in all, bot too bad. My only real issue was the free breakfast... there was NONE. Not even coffee. Nothing. This is something i always look for in a room. I enjoy free breakfast and i was told it was included. They need to change their lifting to keep from deceiving people.

This is my worst hotel experience ever! and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. The dirt and filth at this hotel is beyond disgusting and the staff is not professional. They are argumentative when you point out that the room you check in is FILTHY with a bed NOT made. I had to leave because they didn't even want to remedy the sitiation. I will be in touch with the health department. Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel.

Walked in Bed looked like someone had already laid in it, so obviously the sheets wasn't changed, went to the bathroom and dook stains was all around the inside of bowl, the hand wash station the piece in the bottom would not pull up so the water could drain, and hair was in the sink the room was terrible will not visit again.

I got checked into a room and took my shoes off and instantly got broken glass in my foot. Cried until I got it out then called back to the front desk they moved me in another room that had a backed up toilet. I then called front desk the manager said they reset the toilets and they should go back to normal. Never did. Room wasnt cleaned properly smeared markings in multiple spots. Disappointed. Never again.

No hot water at night, only in the morning for a few minutes. They switch your towels every three days. When you try to switch out before, they give you the run around. The staff were great. The building is old and musty. The TV did not work correctly. had to have someone come and fix it. Worked OK that night, next morning same problem. The refrigerator did not work at all. You could barely plug anything into the receptacles without it falling out. (Old worn out receptacles)

We were given a key card to room upstairs and we go upstairs open the door and beds were unmade like the room wasn't cleaned after other guests had left, box of donuts were on the counter in the room, went to the office and the lady their says I just got here I didn't know what was done and what hadn't been done, she made us another key for different room, she was very rude, in second room, bed was hard as a rock, I only slept 4 hours, couldn't take much more, a dead bug was in the tub, blankets were super thin, and the TV had no remote, took all day for lady to give us one, and my 17 year old daughter had to program it, sorry excuses, run down motel, dirty, very unpleasant, waste of money, and no breakfast, online says breakfast but there isn't any, lady said they don't serve breakfast so why do they advertise it? Horrible experience! Will not be returning to supper 8 stayed 1 night to visit my son who was in the army there in Crestview, don't stay here. Find something better, anything better than here. Don't waste your money and time!!!!

When we checked in front desk attendant was trying to multitask and forgot to give me back my credit card then when she realized it. I had to walk back to office to retrieve it. Then TV didn't work and it took 30+ minutes for maintenance to get back to property. Sink stopped up. Maintenance at night.Next morning turned on TV remote not working again. Went to office was told no maintenance yet. Gave me a new remote no batteries. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY

People sitting outside the room smoking pot. My room smelled like pot. The bedspread was full of burns. The tub had a burn mark. The room wreaked. Left 2 hours after checkin . Went to another place to sleep.
