Great Value and nice location

Pros: Location, cleanliness and comfort.
Cons: Room a bit dated.
Location: Easy access to 17 and 101.
We had a wonderful stay...staff and hotel were terrific. Centrally located for getting to all areas conveniently. For those looking for a clean/comfy hotel that is close to arenas, shopping, Old Town and the outdoors...our veterans's weekend stay was terrific.

Cons: Add a bar
Front Staff (Shirley was a lot of help). She handled our tour to the grand canyon with phone calls. ( as my cell phone broke down) Breakfast was great, Not a lot within walking distance to sight see..

Dog friendly. Good breakfast.

Dog friendly but no poop bags provided. Breakfast was nice plenty to choose from. Cold cereals oatmeal fruit yogurt, hotstuff like waffles different kinds of meat and eggs, coffee juice milk or water

simple hotel.

our room was clean, room have ref, microwave. breakfast was delicious. indoor pool and gym were small but ok. the only problem is the toilet flush doesnt really work well. need to flush 3-4x before everything went down. i am so frustrated. i called front desk 2x said they dont have utility personnel to work on it during weekends. they will just check it. i was out all day. i didnt know if someone checked it. flush is still the same althrough out our 3 days stay.

So-so

We booked this hotel twice on our way to CA & on our way back to NM. The first stay was not good; we asked for a higher floor room & were told the hotel was completely booked, but it wasn't & the attendant wasn't friendly; our rooms were handicap rooms (because that's what they said I booked, which is okay because my husband does have handicap needs) but the accommodations were harder for a handicapped person much less for a person with no needs. The removable shower head would not stay on the hook & tub dripped all night so that was annoying. My son's family found blood on the sheets in their room. The beds weren't too bad but you had to sleep towards the middle or you would slide off. On the way back our rooms were upgraded by the manager from the first visit. The attendant's attitude was 100% better & the rooms were better but the tub still was dripping.

There when we needed them!

We were quite happy to stay here after the motel we had originally booked (nonrefundable) & guaranteed on credit card, gave our room away to someone else. By the time we got to Comfort Suites (our replacement motel), it was after midnight and our grandkid wasn't the only one who was exhausted. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. The check-in desk clerk was particularly nice. The room was spacious and clean. Next morning we had a nice hot (& free) breakfast. Our only complaint is that the wifi did not work (at all).

Great value, spacious room

Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Room was spacious, free breakfast was great. Only downside was freeway noise, but it made for easy commuting.
