Great value, spacious room

Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Room was spacious, free breakfast was great. Only downside was freeway noise, but it made for easy commuting.

Clean Hotel, Excellent Staff

Hotel was great, clean, and had a wonderful hot breakfast. The only disappointment was the pool, which is more geared to physical therapy, then kids swimming

Was nice didnt have a problem checking in

The room was nice an big, the pool area couldve been nicer no hot tub but pricing for 2 night was good loaction was ok near take out places

The stay was nice and they have free breakfast weekends 7-10. Shower was good :) pool was indoors but I would stay again :)

Great room had 3 babies and we all slept great staff wonderful for most part

North of Phoenix

Pros: Nice building. The staff seemed very nice, just not enough of them. Just North of the airport so no issues with city traffic.
Cons: Need to spend some money on repairs and updates. Seems to be short of help.
Location: Close to the freeway and far enough away from the airport to get a good start touring the Grand Canyon, etc.
On Saturday night April 01 the rate was about 3 times the regular rate because of Spring training and the NCAA Basketball championships. On April 06 the rate was back to normal. This is all it is worth. Both rooms had a bath faucet that wouldn't turn off. The bed padding was a little too small for the mattress so it was like laying on a small stick when you are camping, the hair dryer did not work and the wallpaper was peeling off above the shower. The tub in the Thursday night room (105) had no finish in the bottom. My Granddaughter would not bathe in it. When we mentioned the hair dryer to the person at the desk they were so short handed they couldn't do anything about it.
