Close to the event that I was attending.

It was nice. Bed was comfortable. Had a nice kitchen. It was quiet. The staff was helpful. Good water pressure. It was clean.

I want my money back

This was the 2nd worst experience I've ever had with a hotel stay. After traveling all day and servicing Honeywell Systems this place was the front for unacceptable activity. Trash and sticky floors in the lobby. Elevator and hallway trashy. The room had drity dishes and maid cleaning materials left in bathroom. Bed sheets spotted. I left and did not look back. I want a refund.

Arrived to several employees having a conversation at the front counter. No one there to check is in. Room not ready. The front desk person had to make our beds while we waited. Won’t be returning nor recommending. Sorry.

Convenient to where I needed to be.

Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Safer atmosphere. The bed needs to be upgraded. More and better linen.
The hotel was convenient to where I needed to be, and the staff was good. There were a lot of disreputable people in and around the hotel though, so that was not comfortable. I would suggest more hotel presence to give assurance that everything is safe. The room was OK, not great, and the bed could be upgraded.

Best staff ever

I stay here often because it's priced right and the rooms are clean and have everything you need for short stays. The hotel is small and located near the freeway. The people that work here are so helpful and nice.

Bad hotel

We stay in the hotel maybe 7 days . they didn't clean any day they didn't change any towel even the napkins we have to go down to reception to ask them and they told us if we have dirty towel we have to take the dirty towel down for them and we swa dirty towel by the hole way every room put his dirty towel out side his room by the hole way. Very bad hotel we change our hotel and we are very comfortable there.

Nice hotel for a quick stay

Pros: Convenience
Cons: When checking in, receptionist needs to be friendlier. There was an older gentleman upon checkout that was really pleasant.
It was conveniently located to the freeway and there were restaurants close by. Room was ok, no coffee maker in room , and no hair dryer good thing I realized it before I took a shower. Overall it was good for what we needed.
