Nice hotel for a quick stay

Pros: Convenience
Cons: When checking in, receptionist needs to be friendlier. There was an older gentleman upon checkout that was really pleasant.
It was conveniently located to the freeway and there were restaurants close by. Room was ok, no coffee maker in room , and no hair dryer good thing I realized it before I took a shower. Overall it was good for what we needed.

Room was not very clean and almost nothing was provided for kitchenette, they had a sign on sick that said they charged extra fees if you wanted utensils, plates, cups, etc

Inexpensive, no frills stay

You get what you pay for at this place. Staff are friendly and responsive but are not proactive. Three days and no housekeeping service. I had to ask for towels and drop off the dirty towels with the front desk. I didn't expect such a low level of service

Sometimes you get what you pay for.

Pros: Location. Near the places I wanted to go.
Cons: Breakfast. Right now it's just coffee and lousy packaged muffins. Could use some variety.
Location: Golf, shooting, shopping, eating.
It is better than a Motel 6. It's not a dump, but I wouldn't take a girl there I was trying to impress.

after being there almost a week they make up some lame excuse that I have to leave after I just paid for the night.

Near family and shopping.

Pros: Close to family
Cons: Could be cleaner. Due for an overhaul.
Location: Large strip mall with movies within walking distance.
Okay for a no frills place. Breakfast not out at promised 6 am time one morning. Breakfast choices Not restocked for entire stay.

Life saver

Pros: Easy access to the freeway and not too far from Chase Field.
Location: Less than 30 minutes from Chase Field which was why we were in Phoenix.
After booking an unacceptable motel, I found this one and was able to get in right away. It was clean, comfortable and close to the freeway.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Spring training baseball visit

Selected this hotel since it is close to spring training baseball facilities in Peoria, where our son is a minor league baseball player, and very close to where he is staying while he is in AZ.
