We checked in very late and the staff was still friendly and helpful. It's a great little hotel, especially for the price!

Would of been amazing if not so hot

Pros: Cleanliness, washing machines, bathroom, very nice staff.
Cons: The air conditioning!!!
Clean room, good bathroom, quiet stay HOWEVER air conditioning would not go below 65 degrees and kept clicking on and off loudly throughout the night. I would give it at least 4 stars but we woke up sweaty and sleep deprived and checked out with every intention to find a colder room. Too bad really BC it is a nice hotel.

Unfortunately, all air conditioner in Phoenix work nonstop when it is over 100 to 115 degrees outside and it is very difficult to cool to 65 degrees even with our new Air Conditioning units. Good stay.

The pool and spa was really nice. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, but there was quite a bit a noise from the interstate traffic since this hotel was close to the interstate. The price that I paid was very reasonable. This hotel was close to a lot of things.

Loving Sleep Inn.

Sleep Inn is a wonderful place to stay, and in a great location. My girlfriend and I live south near the I-17, but this was a nice little distance away from the daily life to have a staycation here. Thank you for making our stay great.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service and they will give you attitude even if you're calm the front desk girl is very unprofessional and the general manager was horrible and yelling at me because when my mom came to visit me she brought the puppy was 3 pounds and they charge me dog fee because the puppy was there visiting me
