It’s an older embassy suites hotel. Beds were lumpy sagging and not very comfortable Bathroom door locks would lock but still could be opened (worn down). It has tesla/ev charging which is a plus but the hookups are in the back of the hotel and didnt feel safe leaving the car there in the lonely ...
We stayed a casita. For some reason they cleaned the house except the master bedroom on several occasions. I had to tell them to do it. Don’t know why, Unfortunate the kitchen doesn’t have stove.
My husband and I stayed at the resort to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the time we pulled up to the resort until the time we left. Great food, service, and golfing/views!
very nice place, you get access to JW Marriott across street also , great pools , restaurants, shopping nearby.
Overall we enjoyed it but had sort of a cloud hanging over our experience as the first thing we did after checking in was head to the pool area. A lot of chairs were taken by the first pool we walked by so we walked to the next pool and sat down. Quickly we were greated and told that if we wanted ...
Large townhome on the outer edge of the Phoenix area. The pictures are a little deceptive but the property worked great for our family. Clean and comfortable. Not many amenities and the community pool is a little bit of a walk. I would stay here again.
Excellent facility. Friendly staff. Very accommodating!
Went to Phoenix to pick up our college student. All the hotels were book. Expedia found us the great gem. The second floor overlooked the Beautiful lobby. Check in was easy... a little confusion on my part as the name changed. Very comfy beds, clean as a whistle. Bar, and amendities. Great price. ...
Laid back non-smoking property with a smoking area just outside in a common area, near firepits. Starbucks is served in their convenience shop. Talkative bartender, Steve started the night off right. Definitely would stay again in a standard room. Club level was lacking (bigtime).
It appears this hotel needs updating with overall condition. The breakfast was poor and terrible coffee. It would be a nice Motel 6.
It was good the a/c keep switching to heat and would get hot in the room no power button to turn on or off have to use the switch on cord to turn on and off
The floors were so dirty my socks were black. Ceiling light had no cover. Room had a very bad odor.
The room was not clean and it was smelling so bad. There was a fridge working very loud makes you wake up during sleep.
The lights didn't work right but it was adequate for my purposes for a one night stay.
The hotel was alright, not the cleanest but not the dirtiest either. The staff was friendly but not very professional. Our room cards kept having to be redone so we could get back into the room. No tv.
This hotel had an easy check in, the room was ready on time. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet enough for us. We did not have the opportunity to swim in the pool or use the hot tub, but they looked clean and welcoming. Great water pressure in the shower.
Only missing perk was access to a microwave. None in our room, and the breakfast area was locked so no access to the microwave that was in the room.
I have experienced a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and staff had great customer service. The breakfast was very good. Overall, I would stay at this hotel in the future.
Clean, convenient location, comfortable. Great value.
Easy access from freeway Rooms had full size refrigerator Plates, pots and pans available if you wanted to cook in room Luxury towels
