I’ve stayed at this property three times now. It’s in a great location that is safe and convenient. Although it’s an older hotel, it’s always spotless and the staff is always friendly and courteous. It’s always been quiet as well.

Property was clean and in an excellent location. A 10 minute walk to the Ballston metro stop. They do have a shuttle service if you decide not to walk. Room was clean and spacious with a micro wave and mini fridge. Breakfast buffet was also available. Staff was friendly and efficient. This hotel is nothing fancy but I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place near the DC area. Easy access to highway as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This area of Arlington seems to be young professionals so felt very safe. Metro subway a 10 minute walk. The rooms were very clean.

Parking was confusing. It was posted everywhere you needed a permit or ticket from desk but all 3 times i asked it was refused. Staff was very nice though. The flyers they had out for pizza delivery were great. GREAT pizza. Good proximity to all of the DC area attractions

I currently live in Virginia Beach but was visiting my dad Washington DC. I wanted to find a peaceful clean and convenient hotel to come to and this was the one. The rooms are clean the hotel itself is very clean. The hotel is quiet at all times you don’t hear doors slamming back and forth no yelling loud TVs no nothing just peaceful. Customer service is amazing everyone is so nice and helps you with whatever that’s needed. Now I did come across an issue in my room but the front desk and management took care of the issue right away. I just wish that there was either more elavors or ones closer to the rooms down the hall. Other then that I give this hotel 5 stars and I will be visiting again.

The inn is a good affordable option. Nothing fancy, but it has everything you need. It has free parking, free wifi, and breakfast which is very nice, rare for the area. The only downside is that our first room had no electricity on one side of the wall. And the shower knob was loose and the bathroom wasn’t clean. I found hair and what seemed like snot on the wall. The front desk was super nice and moved us to a cleaner functional room. Overall, if you are looking for an affordable hotel, I would recommend.

Unfortunately their key card reader didn’t work so maintenance had to let us into our room and we went to dinner. However, when we got back, the lobby was mobbed and it was going to be an hour before we could get to the front of the line to get a key so we left again instead. It was frustrating not being able to get into our room multiple times but the staff was doing the best they could

This property lives up to all the reviews it got. It was a really nice place to stay close to everything including public transport. Would highly recommend.

Good location . Not far from metro which takes to washington Breakfast was good. Parking was free which was a big bonus
