Ok hotel close to Dulles airport

The best part of the hotel was the cleaniness and comfort of the room. Once I stepped out of my room, I saw that the hallway carpets were dirty, the main lobby in front of the elevator was dirty, and so was inside the elevator. The night time front desk attendant was helpful but not as friendly and welcoming as the morning desk attendant who made conversation about my stay and plans for the day. The van that transported me to and from the hotel to airport was clean. The night time driver was not friendly and did not maintain a conversation that I began, while the morning driver was more friendly. The van is poorly marked on the outside. I waited at the airport for an extra 10 minutes because I could not identify the van belonged to this hotel. There was basic selection for breakfast, which was fine, however, the eggs were cold. I'm not sure if I just waited long to eat them or they were just cold to begin with. I went for breakfast at 5:30 so I know that it wasn't because they were just sitting out. Overall, it was a good enough hotel and the experience was expected for what I paid, however, they could make some upgrades in staff being more friendly and better cleanliness in public areas.
