Attractive, good pick-up breakfast, quick airport pick up. Rooms are small but comfortable & clean. I would use this hotel again.

Pros: nice rooms, too bad expedia on phone is terrible
Cons: Nothing all went well apart from Expedia
Location: Good, just that expedia is terribe customer care
Hotel is good- Expedia is terrible and will never go through the again!

Ok hotel close to Dulles airport

Pros: Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, friendly morning desk attendant
Cons: Cleanliness in public areas, friendly drivers, and better signs on van
The best part of the hotel was the cleaniness and comfort of the room. Once I stepped out of my room, I saw that the hallway carpets were dirty, the main lobby in front of the elevator was dirty, and so was inside the elevator. The night time front desk attendant was helpful but not as friendly and welcoming as the morning desk attendant who made conversation about my stay and plans for the day. The van that transported me to and from the hotel to airport was clean. The night time driver was not friendly and did not maintain a conversation that I began, while the morning driver was more friendly. The van is poorly marked on the outside. I waited at the airport for an extra 10 minutes because I could not identify the van belonged to this hotel. There was basic selection for breakfast, which was fine, however, the eggs were cold. I'm not sure if I just waited long to eat them or they were just cold to begin with. I went for breakfast at 5:30 so I know that it wasn't because they were just sitting out. Overall, it was a good enough hotel and the experience was expected for what I paid, however, they could make some upgrades in staff being more friendly and better cleanliness in public areas.

Overnight stay

Decent room. Few stains here and there but the staff is pretty accommodating

Stayed there 2 nights lights were broken repair man was the driver stood on tables & chairs to change. Room service was Slow & Half assed locked up drink dispenser until breakfast and it tasted like water down everything. Room was OK size however too much furniture had To Remove Chair from Desk To Walk around bed, will be staying at Hyatt or Marriott next time for sure.

Excellent airport access

Pros: Near airport with good eateries nearby
Cons: Communal areas a little hrubby
Location: Right by airport with easy access to Washington, shops and restaurants
The public areas were a little grubby - but I should imagine this hotel for 'night before flight' use. Accidentally given key for room not cleaned - shocked at state that some people leave their rooms so YOU have take some credit for condition of hotel. Overall, good value for money and would definitely stay again

Helpful and understanding staff

We arrived late with luggage from a connecting flight not with us. The staff were very helpful; the shuttle booking for the next morning was easy; the coffee in the lobby was just what we needed at 5.30am. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Needs improvement - a bit shabby

Location: It was good that I could get food at a nearby hotel.
The room was not very clean. Something had spilled on one of the comforters and it wasn't cleaned up. A bit tired inside furnishings. No tea.
