Disappointed

Pros: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was convenient
Cons: Reserved parking for hotel guests and fix the AC.
Location: Convenient to the airport.
The AC was not functioning, and was not fixed when we reported it after the first night. In addition, we had to park in an unpaved overflow lot, because there were not parking spaces available due to some kind of airport parking service.

Nice and close to restaurants and Dulles Airport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel shuttle to and from airport was very helpful.

Subpar hotel

Waited for our room for over an hour..... Our room did not get cleaned until we called the front desk at 5:00pm Limited restaurants in area. Casual seating area not very nice Breakfast could have included some breakfast potatoes No pool Treadmill broke Limited parking Construction trailer in entrance

Close to hotel, shuttle bus, alert staff

Pros: Close to airport, clean, quiet
Cons: Was sad to miss free breakfast, since I left before it started, but that's not the hotel's fault.
It did not start out so well, as I took a shuttle bus to the wrong Comfort Inn. Sorted that out. When I arrived at the hotel there was about a dozen, very exuberant, Japanese guests in the lobby, so the noise level was very high. Went to my room, and found it to be very clean and quiet. I had told the check-in staff that I intended to catch the 5 AM shuttle bus back to the airport. I set my alarm on my phone for 4:30, but alas, did not notice that my phone was in airplane mode, so my phone was an hour out. But, at 4:55, I got a phone from the front desk telling me my shuttle bus was due to leave in five minutes. Even though I did not request a phone call wake up alarm, I am so grateful that they called me!
