Convenient for a short trip

We didn't have a good experience at the check in, the staff wasn't friendly or welcoming & didn't provide any details about wifi access or breakfast place 'n time or the hotel facilities. Then had to call the front desk as the floor were wet, they sent someone & there was a leak from the refrigerator. The resolution was; they brought towels and covered the wet floor!!! I asked to be moved to another room but they said it's going to be dry. We were tired from a long trip driving & I didn't want to argue so I just let it go.
I informed Expedia about the issue, the hotel response was they were sorry and offered another room but we were already gone for the day & wont make sense to change it.
Other than that, don't put high expectations on the cleanness of the room, towels, sheets it's just not as expected from 3 stars hotel.
The breakfast area & variety were ok, of you plan for good meals outside during the day.
The complementary coffee station at the lobby was good during the day but at the evening no refills or fresh coffee nor hot water.
The rating is 3 as an average hotel & actually we got it as a deal through Expedia with average rate. You get what you pay for.
The place is convenient, gas station & Burger King is just beside the hotel (1 minute walk) & the area seemed safe & quite. Close to Dulles Center, which is a good place for dining & shopping.
