Our toilet did not flush despite the service person coming up multiple times to fix it. The shuttle service was fabulous but the staff did not tell us about which would have saved us. You can't the shuttle to many places at no charge. Starbucks was nice to have inside. Bathroom needs an update as well as carpet and walls. Bed was clean.

The elevator doesn’t work properly. The flush in toilet doesn’t flush properly. Everything is pretty old. Parking spots are not sufficient even after paying spots are not available as we found lot of brand new cars are stacked in the parking lot. Over all staff were great. Property not so much.

Guest services was handing out water at check in to guest but for some reason they made us buy ours. The room also has large cracks in the walls. Looks like someone was through into the wall

Very disappointed with the limited hours during which the hotel’s airport shuttle operates. One of the reasons that we booked to stay at this hotel was because it offered an airport shuttle, and there was no indication on the hotel website that the shuttle stopped operating at 9:30 pm. This is important information to have when travelling, and there was no regret or apology from hotel staff that the traveller had been inconvenienced.

The only things that I didn’t like were -The parking arrangement - The elevators weren’t in the best condition which was a bit disconcerting considering the fact that l stayed on the 8th floor The staff was pleasant, accommodating and helpful especially the young lady who was @ the front desk the morning of November 14

There was security sitting outside the laundry room most of the evening. Other guests were loud. Parking was inconvenient and charged $22 per day. Staff was inattentive and seemed to be annoyed when purchasing items.

Value priced property no where near the Pentagon. Asked for a quiet room away from the Interstate. Instead have a view of one the busiest Interstates in the country and the local road used by the nearby Fire Station and Hospital for the continous movement of Emergency Equipment. The room is dated, smells bad, the hvac filter is dirty and the couch from 20 years ago is ripped. The big screen tv only worked properly after i checked all the connections and reboated the cable box in the rear. What a mesirable experiance. Glad its only one night of hell. Never again!

Great hotel for price point
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean enough, but little things could have been better. Tv screen was smeared and the bathroom mirror frame had dried toothpaste spit on it. Not the end of the world, just an observation. Comfortable enough for my family of four- the beds were full sized, so we brought a cot and got a roll away bed for the kids. The roll away bed was a real twin sized decent mattress, which was a pleasant surprise!! Neighborhood is what you would expect at this price point, but never felt unsafe or anything. We would stay again if the occasion arose.
