Best Hotel stay so far

Pros: Everything
Cons: Mini fridge was empty and the bathroom didn't have a hairdryer
Location: Dulles Airport is kinda far from downtown DC, so if you have a long layover and do not want to stress about traffic the Hotel's location is great.
I had a late check-in programmed and even though my flight got almost 2 hours delayed and I lost my way to the Hotel Shuttle gate at the airport, they managed to send the van once more to pick me up. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful and the restaurant staff's service was beyond great. The room was clean and cozy and I'm already planning to stay there once more.

Well maintained hotel

Pros: Quietness and comfort of the room.
Cons: Offer free breakfast to those of us that use Expedia. $15.00 for buffet breakfast is a little pricey for what you get!
Location: Good location just off the Dulles Toll Road. Lots of eateries within a short driving distance.
Hotel is well maintained and very clean. Electronic door key card had to be replaced twice during our two day stay. Room was spacious with comfortable beds. Very quiet rooms. Breakfast was NOT included in the price and is expensive ($15.00 per person) for a buffet.

Clean, quiet place to stay.

Very nice, clean hotel. We were there for a 2 day getaway. The only downside was that it was a bit far away from anything that we wanted to do except for the Air and Space Museum. It was 30 minutes each from DC and from Leesburg. Not very far, but a bit of a drive. But that is not a problem. Parking was fine, room was quiet.

Wonderful airport hotel

Great shuttle service, very friendly and helpful staff, terrific room and superb meal in Houlahans. We will use Crowne Plaza again and again.

Night stay

Very busy when we arrived (plane had been delayed) so retired to Houlihans bar, signed in when queue died down. Front desk very helpful. Houlihans staff amazing as always

It was a nice hotel, clean, comfy, good room service. Great beds and bath. Starbucks at lobby didn't have many pastry options to grab... Check-in was slow (just one checking in 10 people arriving at the time) The elevator wasn't working for 10 min...

Do not stay in this hotel if there is a wedding in the ball room.We were on the 4 th floor(the hotel has 4 floors!) and all noise was inside the room,couldnt sleep till 1am.Unfortunately hotel employees couldnt do anything about the noise
