When we arrived we were put in a room that had ripped flooring, holes in the bathroom door and burn marks in the blankets, the woman at the front desk was cussing on the phone with another customer. Overall 0/10 experience.

Very disappointed upon entering our room, which was saturated with mixed odor of cigarettes and cleaning fluid. Situated next to I- 95, you could hear traffic nearby. The in-wall A/C unit is loud as hell. Strange room layout with a tiny separate bathroom and coffee machine next to the sink. No cable TV. Only analog over-the-air channels with low resolution. Worst experience ever!

Location was great. Lady on the front desk barely said a word, was not welcoming at all and she didn't give us any info where to park for the back rooms. You could see right outside theough the bottom half of our door and the tv did not work.

Booked a smoke free room, room was indeed not smoke free, there was even an ashtray on the desk. There were burn marks in the sheets and the floors were filthy and the smell was unbearable. Room #120 was our assigned room. We walked by the ice machine and I would not give my dog ice from it, it was super dirty. I was quite disappointed with this hotel. It took me contacting Expedia to get a refund. Do NOT recommend this hotel!

Was the right price. Basic room but not sound proof. Good mattress but not fussy about it he bath tub. Didn’t take my shower.

Room 255 was very cold due to the Heating unit making a lot of loud noise when turned on. Was unable to sleep because of the noise so I turned it off and slept with my clothes on which was very uncomfortable.

Floor was so dirty I had to mop with a wash cloth to feel comfortable walking around the room without shoes. Shower head was completely crooked and practically pointed towards the shower wall. Bed made an extremely loud sound every time you got on and off of it.

Clean and lots of potential
Clean, but big gap under door (let in cold outside air) and toilet tank did not refill after flushing until I opened it up and pushed the plunger down. Breakfast was grab 'n' go, without even a standing table to enjoy what they had. Lobby TV was set to some martial-arts show or movie during breakfast instead of news, weather, or something else of broad interest.

OK for a 1 night stay
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and recently updated. This looks like a property in transition - doing a little updating here and there before knocking it down to build something new. The building is showing its' age even though the furniture and bedding are new. The walls are thin so the loud TV on one side, the crying baby on the other, and the loud thump of doors closing woke me several times. I would pay a little more for one of the other nearby properties if staying near here again.

Not worth it
First of all the main door barely shut. You had to slam it shut a few times for it to finally seal correctly. There were stains on the ceiling and ceiling tiles off track. I found two roaches. No shampoo, conditioner and etc. Beds were rock hard with pillows that were very thin. Couldn't close the bathroom door without lifting the toilet seat up. Water pressure was decent at least. There was a huge chunk of the tub missing though. Overall I wouldn't stay here again.
