The room/suite looks nice, but the bathroom would need to be updated. It smells a bit humidity. The bed is not that comfy but for one night it was okay.The breakfest was good and a lot of variety. The service when we came in almost a midnight was very slow and there was fees that was not mentioned when I booked and parking fees which I didn't know either.

We loved the proximity to the Metro as well as the in and out parking access. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day! And the nightly manager's reception was a treat. The room was spacious and clean. Would recommend for families.

Front Desk Officers were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast meal was great as well. The room was very well kept and very neat and cozy

I was disappointed that the lobby bathrooms were out of service both days that I was there. Also, the lobby was extremely hot and I am from San Antonio Texas. I didn’t feel as the air conditioning was working properly. I was also not very impressed with the front desk staff upon check out. They made an error on my bill and although they corrected it, it did take a long time for them to, give me the correct print out. I had expected a bit more for the price. The room, however, was very nice, spacious and clean.
