Wasn't That Impressed...

Before booking I was told by the hotel we could call the airport shuttle at any time, however, upon check in we were told it only started running at 4.30am, which was going to be too late for us so we had to call a cab to the airport. The whole point of staying there was to be able to use their shuttle for our early morning flight. Wasn't happy with the misleading information. Also ended up being charged twice for the room. Not a great way to start a vacation. The manager's reception was nice though.

We thank you for your 3-Star review. I am very sorry for the shuttle incident, however our shuttle hours are from 5:30am to 11pm daily which is clearly posted on our Brand website. I do apologize that you were mislead.
We do hope that you choose our hotel in the near future.
