Cons: check out time should be 12 not 11

Don't stay here

Pros: It was close to the entertainment venue we had tickets for.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Near Eagle Bank Arena and many other places in Chantilly.
This was awful. They don't trust you at all. All doors locked...even the door to the snack machine. Kitchenette--every cupboard, drawer and surface empty. Not even a coffee pot or a turn plate in the microwave. If you want anything to cook with, you have to go downstairs and ask the surly desk attendant, who will roll his eyes about having to get up and help you. "Continental" breakfast in the morning is a joke. Some granola bars, packaged muffins, and packaged oatmeal. Coffee comes with sweetened creamer only. If you want unsweetened, back to the surly desk clerk, who only shrugs and shakes his head. Room may have been clean, but the washcloth draped over the shower curtain gave us pause. Did the maid leave it there after cleaning or was this a used one? Spent way too much money on this. At first thought about adding another night, but changed our minds when we got into the room.

A clean bed

Pros: No bedbugs.
Cons: At the very least, provide more than *black* coffee.
Location: Part of the Fair Lakes Mall complex, with loads of shopping and excellent restaurants.
A clean bed is the best thing I can say about this hotel. Otherwise, nothing worked as it should. WiFi was out, TV had no remote nor manual controls, shower head was broken, half of the outlets had no electricity for charging devices. Breakfast in the lobby was black coffee (no sweetners nor creamers) and instant oatmeal with hot water. No coffee in room. The area restaurants were nice, but if you need to be in D.C. or Arlington, this is much further out than is realistic. Not recommended.

Everything I needed

Niranjan was very nice and helpful! The rooms were clean, shower got hot quick, had a.c. and heat option, which was nice because it was freezing cold :)

Home away from home

I would stay there again. The staff is super nice and helpful. Close to the mall, Starbucks, highway, easy to get to.

Good location close to shopping area

The room and the hallway filled with the smells of cigarettes ,for the cleanness of the room i give 5. Give for front desk representative high grade 10 she was very kind and very helpful her name is Melanie,the manager was very kind too
