A guy stomping all night. Police outside my door at 4am. I’ve never had a worse night sleep. Staff is disinterested in completing any requests in a timely manner. They will sit on the iPad and tap for 5 minutes straight before they can walk away and grab something 30 ft away. I’m not the type to even leave reviews but man. That was horrible in every way. I’m an easy going guy you really gotta push for me to say something. Here we are

We stayed here due to an emergency that arouse. It was good for it was used for. Sleep, showeting and bathroom and kitchen accommodations. It was clean, the AC and the heater works especially when we got snowed in. Overall great.

This is the worst hotel to stay. The manager was rude and unfriendly. The cockroaches were everywhere in the room. A terrible of food smell was in the room during my stay. Overall, this was a horrible stay.

Terrible experience
I had a gig Saturday night in a different city, so I got in late at night and needed to get some sleep before the gig the next morning. When I got in there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign at the desk that said the front desk clerk was away and to use the house phone to dial 0000 for help. Well the house phone was not working, no dial tone, no ringing, nothing. So I stood around for 10 minutes waiting. About 5 minutes in I dialed the main hotel number from my cell and just let it ring and ring while I waited. Eventually I had to start yelling and opening all the "employee" and "maintenance" doors trying to find someone. Eventually a young man came to the desk, who had clearly just been sleeping. I finally got my room. The guy at the front desk could have taken a lesson from the roach in the bathroom who managed to greet me right away. There was hair in the shower. And the ring around the shower knob that tells you hot/cold was reversed. I managed to get a little sleep at night, until I was awoken to sound of some lady yelling in the next room in the morning. I got out of there as soon as I could and I will not be back. I'd rather sleep in my car.

For an extended stay they had no pots pans or utensils we had to go buy our own, and the toilet wouldn’t flush and never got fixed even after asking several times, I would not recommend this place to anyone

Room was clean, bed was comfy. No hot water in bathroom basin. Older building which they are maintaining probably as well as they can (door jams are crooked, lots of caulk around fixtures). Easy to find location near lots of restaurants and shopping, which was good because “Breakfast included” was a barely stocked coffee counter with stale muffins, instant oatmeal, and soft granola bars.
