Managers and staff are great. Always have a great time when here. Would def recommend.

Poor staffing, poor cleanliness! There was no daily services, no changing of sheets, towels, trach! The so called continental breakfast consisted of coffee and prepackaged snack bars out of a box. For comparable prices there were much better accommodations elsewhere in the area.

Not worth the money

Don't be fooled by the claim of serving breakfast. They had coffee, packaged peanut butter bars, and packaged muffins available. None of which were good. I needed to purchase food from a grocery store to make breakfast. When I went out for the day, I returned to find bugs all over my food. So had to throw that out too. Couldn't wait to get out of there. I have stayed at other Extended Stay Americas, and this stay was very disappointing.

Room smelled like smoke. I asked for a different room and they said there was nothing available (not sure if that was true or if the guy was overworked as it appeared to be only one guy working the desk and he was busy). Breakfast is a power bar and packaged muffin. It is cheap... But I would not stay here again.

It was great. The front desk was nice lady, Megan. The wifi wasn't good.

Not very clean, hall has very strong smell of smoke. One of the persons in our party had a non-smoking room which someone had obviously been smoking in. Front desk was pleasant. The area is not the nicest and would not go out at night. Stains on hall rugs, overall just a grungy, tired place. Would not recommend.

Everything was good but the bathroom door wouldn't close

Everything seemed to echo in this hotel. My neighbor had a large dog and it would bark occasionally. I was on the first floor and I could hear every move the neighbor above me would make. The staff was very nice at check in and check out. Overall it was fine, and I would stay there again, but I would ask for a room on the top floor.
