Nice place but has its problems

No exhaust vent over stove, fan just blows it into your face. Smoke alarm goes off.
No signs to identify hotel, you just stumble on to it.
Some front desk people do not speak or understand English well.
Phone extension system did not work and phone has no speaker, making it difficult to use.
The Grab N Go breakfast provided is pathetic.
You have to ask for dishes; otherwise, the kitchen is literally bare.
Other than the above, I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, the bed was good, I made use of the lazy boy, I made my own breakfasts, I wasn't bothered with daily housecleaning, the parking was always close to the room.
