Nice, clean and very friendly staff

I have nothing but great things to say about this place,, the rooms are big and spacious plus it has a kitchen so u can cook your own meals!! All this for 52 dollars a night wow what a great price I will definitely return to this place when I need to just get away !!!

Nice place but has its problems

Pros: The room was nice overall, the location is excellent, the price is reasonable, and no housekeeping (which I prefer).
Cons: Install exhaust vents over stoves. Staff more English efficient. Fix phone extension system. Put up signs to identify hotel. Stock all rooms w/ dishes
Location: Very close to airport with easy access.
No exhaust vent over stove, fan just blows it into your face. Smoke alarm goes off. No signs to identify hotel, you just stumble on to it. Some front desk people do not speak or understand English well. Phone extension system did not work and phone has no speaker, making it difficult to use. The Grab N Go breakfast provided is pathetic. You have to ask for dishes; otherwise, the kitchen is literally bare. Other than the above, I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, the bed was good, I made use of the lazy boy, I made my own breakfasts, I wasn't bothered with daily housecleaning, the parking was always close to the room.

Room service.

Location: Dulles Airport was close.
Extremely disappointed in the lack of room service in that we stayed four nights and room service was in the room only once to make the bed. We had to beg for towels and wash cloths and had to take out our own trash. We have been staying in hotels for decades and this is the poorest room service we have ever had.

Not bad for a night or two

Very close to Dulles, so it saved us time before the flight. Not bad for the price, but a bit dirty. Found bugs in the bathroom. The fire alarm went out in the middle of the night, no idea if it could have been avoided, but there was no fire. Besides that, fair quality for the price

Not enjoyable

Didn't have pots and pans. When asked for them, they didn't provide a proper set. The room had strong stench of cigarette, when asked the staff did nothing about i Trash was filled up in front of the room, feted with bad odor.

Terrible

Horrible. Always no one at the front desk had to wait for long time to see anyone in charge. For the first time of whole my life, this particular branch didn't lend kitchen utensil since we were not staying more than three days. In other locations nationwide, we didn't have this kind of upsetting situation at all for our short stay. All the time they provided what we need for cooking. This place was not even clean and very smelly outside because they didn't pay attention in garbage area. Disgusting
