Asked for a nonsmoking room, which was confirmed at check in but, when we got in the room, it smelled like cigarettes. Too exhausted to go back down and ask for another room but severely disappointed.

We strive to provide guests with all the comforts of home, so I am disappointed to hear that we did not meet your expectations. In response to your feedback, I have worked with my maintenance engineer and housekeepers to control the smoking odor. We continually work to improve our hotel, so I really appreciate you providing us with your feedback. We do hope you will choose to stay with us again so we can have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience.
