Almost perfect

Posted May 3, 2017
Pros: see above Staff was the best, room had all I needed but could be more attractive with it's coloring pictures carpet etc
Cons: see above overall attractiveness but it served my needs
Location: Great location, is within five miles of Dulles airport and the metro station, good restaurants nearby, movies and a Target
I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed because I live in area and had a really badly sprained knee and needed some r and r given my apartment is up four flights of stairs. Staff was outstanding they made sure my room was right next to elevator so I wouldn't have far to walk. They brought me extra pillows to prop up my knee when requested and even set up a dvd player. If I'm being nitpicky (that is why the title is almost perfect) this hotel is almost perfect and I say that because I can't understand why they have the luxury of a pool but no Jacuzzi. A Jacuzzi should be a requirement at any nice hotel. Also I stayed on the weekend and Monday through Thursday they offer a happy hour with snacks in the evening but not on the weekend. Why should the weekend stayers get less service then the weekday stayers. I was jealous. The breakfast could have been better, oatmeal was hard, eggs were cold. Again though I loved the staff the service, and the room had everything I needed. Very nice hotel. I also love that they provide a free shuttle anywhere within five miles

Great feels like you are returning home from a long day of work to a relaxing and, calming atmosphere

Great stay for the price.

Pros: The hotel was clean and the furnishings did not appear worn or dated. The complimentary meals were decent.
Cons: The bed and pillows in our room could have been more comfortable.
Location: The Hyatt House is conveniently located near numerous shopping and dining options. 15 minute ride from the Dulles airport.
My wife and I stayed was for 4 nights. We selected this hotel based on location, price and positive reviews. The room was larger than most hotels at the same price point with a kitchenette. Monday thru Thursday, the hotel provides a meal and drinks during the evening and a hot breakfast daily. I was happy with our stay and would gladly stay again.

Overall, great service. Only one concern, at first the front desk stated I could receive a zero balance receipt but when I checked out I was told otherwise.

Got to room, and my PS4 didn't work on tv. They moved me to another room shortly after where my ps4 was compatible with the tv, which helped a lot as that is a big source of entertainment for me. Free shuttle bus can take you to nearby stores, malls, restaurant, etc. Best thing about the room is it had a mini kitchen that included full size fridge, stove top, cooking/eating utensils. Front desk has a snack shop with candy, soda, water along with razors, nail trimmers, etc. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good as wekl. Will be back in the near future.
