Excellent stay. They over accommodated us in every way. They added an extra person to the reservation because I was tied up and could check in until later. They gave me an electronic key and accommodated an early check in.

Hotel is our go to when we visit my son in Virginia. It’s one of the cleanest hotels we ever stayed in. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good. There are hotels closer to my sons home but we prefer to stay here

I needed a detailed receipt breakdown, but the hotel says they were paid by a lump sum from expedia and the Expedia recipe just shows the lump sum for flight and hotel. What a business traveler need for an expense report is the room price and room tax. I could not get that! So I will not be booking any business travel through Expedia again.

Nice hotel and the staff is great. Three things we didn’t love and that will preclude us from staying again (we visit the area annually due to family) - 1. The shower temperature (warm but not hot, and clearly set as such deliberately. It was that way in both rooms, and the faucet only goes up so high.). 2. The pool temperature- the water was so cold that my kid wouldn’t swim. This has never happened before in the history of my child - typically we can’t get her out of the pool, so you know it was REALLY cold. 3. The TV - inexplicably set so you can only access a few streaming choices (Netflix, YouTube, tubi) and network TV. Crazy in this day and age to not allow your guests to log in to the streaming platform of their choice. We aren’t staying in a hotel for the TV time, but when you get a little downtime at the end of the long travel day, it seems so easy to give your guests options. Disappointing because it’s the most convenient hotel for us, but we won’t be back based on these things.

The start of my trip was a little rocky, and I wasn't in the best mood when I walked into the lobby. Mr. David G. greeted me at the front desk and all was right in the world again. He was kind and very empathetic, and which immediately lifted my mood. Everyone else, except for the shuttle driver that morning (the reason for my bad mood), was AMAZING! The shuttle driver (Julio) that took me to the airport departure day was great. The rest of my stay went very smoothly and I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

One of the best hotels!
This hotel is amazing. From 1st walking in to the breakfast in the morning. 1st the decor was stunning and unique. 2nd the room were so clean and beautiful 3rd customer service was amazing 4th breakfast was very good. The turkey sausage was good, the potatoes were seasoned well, the whole breakfast was very good. My sister and I travel alot and we try to always book a hilton hotel because of the level of cleanliness and customer service. This hotel is a gem. The location is great because around the corner is a beautiful area to fine dinner with lots of choices.
