Don't bank on the Hilton name

I am throughly disappointed of this hotel. When I first arrived I had to double park outside then I had to carry all of my bags inside without no assistance of the hotel staff. Then to make matters worse I had to pay for parking in a lot which was 2 blocks away. Each time coming in and leaving out it was the same inconvenience of traveling to and from to retrieve my vechicle.
Let me also add the bed in the room felt as if I was laying on bricks. I tried adjusting the setting, but that didn't work. I even called the front desk and told them. I never received a follow-up call regarding my issue. Last but not least, the hot water was warm most days along with very low pressure.
Never once did any of the hotel staff greet me with any pleasantries. I will NEVER stay at another Hilton again!
