Nice hotel close to Dulles Airport

Pros: Location - location - location
Friendly staff, and when I checked in they were very accommodating. The room was very clean and quiet.

思ったより空港から遠いホテル

シャトルバスの時間が遅すぎる。 空港で30分も待たされ、風邪をひいてしまった。 マリオットや他のホテルのシャトルバスはその間に何回も目にした。 ホテルの部屋と施設はそこそこでよくもなし、悪くもなしという感じ。 このホテルは次には利用しないでしょう。

Bad experience.

The biggest issue I had with the hotel was the receptionist. I called the costumer service for bring some water, and he told me that come to the loopy and take it from the machine!!

Close to the airport.

Pros: It was close to the airport.
Cons: Everything was fine.
After landing at 8am, the hotel staff allowed me to check in early instead of waiting until the normal check-in time.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Best nights sleep in a long time! Very comfortable and quiet. Was here for a conference and the facilities were great.

No phone book or anything

No phone book or any information regarding anything close to do such as movies etc but overall enjoyed my stay

Room was not clean. Had to call cleaning staff as soon as I checked in. Had human hair everywhere (bed, sheets, and bathroom), and food on ground. Cleaning supervisor was very apologetic and friendly. Tried to compensate by offering shuttle service to business meetings.

The overall hotel and staff were excellent. I especially liked the free shuttle and wifi service along with the bar and restaurant. The overall cleanliness of the hotel met my expectations.

Okay hotel, but extremely outdated

The biggest issue I had with this hotel was the staff. Specifically, the staff working at the breakfast in the morning. They seemed to be extremely impatient. Also, the fact that we were charged an extra 20 dollars for breakfast is unsatisfactory. We were simply handed a card with our room number with a check box next to breakfast buffet upon check in. We showed this to the gentleman in the restaurant and he simply took the card. Seemed as though some rooms came with breakfast and you didn't need a card. I feel as though we were just charged twenty dollars, and the card was just something they gave us and not necessary.
