Excellent service. Very pleased with friendliness of staff. Good value. Updated room that was very clean. Fast wifi made working easier.

Hotel super agradável com uma equipe receptiva

Esse foi o hotel que me hospedei nos primeiros dias de viagem, logo que cheguei já me senti muito bem recebido pela equipe do hotel. O quarto muito confortável e limpo, o banheiro também bem satisfatório e amplo. O único problema que tive com o frigobar estragado foi resolvido imediatamente. O café da manhã é super completo ao melhor estilo americano. Por fim o Wi-Fi funcionava muito bem e a localização é ótima.

Only stayed a night, but...

the hotel is centrally located by several restaurants and they provided a well furnished complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Clean, well furnished hotel with easy access to surrounding area. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Was a nice place to crash for the evening while visiting family living nearby. The window being unable to be opened was the only thing I didn't like, personal thing I guess.

Clean hotel - very noisy though

Hotel was clean. Bed was comfy. It was hard to fall asleep with all he noise though. The heater / AC was extremely loud - had to turn it off. The mini fridge hummed. I could hear others outside the room in the hallway as well. The doors when people exit slam very loudly. Then the maids start cleaning early slamming the doors. Do t expect to sleep it past 7 because the noise will wake you.

Nice hotel for the price.

Pros: We as a couple like this hotel; the room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Location: The location was convenient for restaurants, and close to Dulles International Airport.
We have a wonderful experience for one night staying this hotel. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Conveniently Close

Pros: Free parking, refrigerator in room, reasonably priced. Computers in lobby that were able to provide printouts.
We chose this Holiday Inn Express because it was close to our relatives. Despite having a check-in time of 3 p.m., we were pleased to be able to check in early. The nicely appointed room included a refrigerator and comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly.

Barely ok, SO MANY better choices out there !

Cons: See above (my experience)
Location: Location is ok depending on what you want to do.
- It was dark, gloomy, smell like urine inside the room. - The AC ran quite loud and the air was bad. - The door sometimes does not lock itself when you shut it behind you (I had to do 3, 4 times in order for it to lock properly). - They did not change bed sheet for us. Not enough toilet paper ! - The architect of the room is also horrible: you can hear the other person brush teeth because the bathroom sink is right in the open space. - Breakfast was barely ok.
