No mini bar available since it was locked, bathrooms by the lobby out of service, room window view was blocked by a concrete wall just outside our room on floor 5.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your stay. I apologize for the bathroom renovations during the past weekend and that you were disappointed by your view. We always try to provide our guests the best view possible but unfortunately not every guest room allows for this. While it is true that we no longer provide minibars in our rooms, we instead offer the option of on-call minibar items to allow for fresh products to be delivered daily. We hope you are able to return in the near future to enjoy our new product.
