Several public hairs on the bathroom wall when we arrived. Bathroom could use a good cleaning, particularly in the back of toilet , corners of gloors, walls, hair stuck in drain, yuck! Hotel refused to provide a cot for my daughter even though website says, available upon request. The manager said our room was too small.

Dear Christine, Thank you for staying at our property and for taking a moment to share your valued feedback. I am so disappointed to hear of the cleanliness issues you encountered; I assure you that what you describe is not to our stringent standards and is not the norm at our hotel. I have shared your comments with the appropriate departments so we may immediately improve our service. While roll away beds are allowed in king rooms, fire code restrictions do not allow them in two queen rooms. This is for the safety of our guests, and we are sorry we were unable to accommodate your request. I truly hope we have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future for a stay that exceeds your expectations. Thanks, LMRoomsManager

I had the pleasure of staying at Le Meridien. The hotel staff was very accommodating, allowing me to check-in a little bit earlier. The room was clean, spacious and as-advertised. I will definitely be staying here again.

Very Comfortable Stay

Cons: A kettle in the room would have been great. This is common throughout Europe, and as a Brit I would enjoy a cuppa in the comfort of my own room.
Location: Located a very short walk to the metro stop, Starbucks, and a grocery store. Excellent location.
Arrived late and staff were very welcoming. Was upgraded to a bigger room without asking as a smoker had previously been in the room I was supposed to stay in. Room was incredibly comfortable, everything you would expect. Located a very short walk to the metro stop, Starbucks, and a grocery store. Excellent.

Some rooms are much better than others.

Pros: Nice staff, pretty fancy, and decent rates.
Cons: Noise is a pretty common theme here, especially if your room has a conjoining door, you are by the elevator, or next to someone with a dog.
Some of the rooms are very small, while others are quite nice. This time, I got a room on the end that was very small and had a stand up shower. On my first night, my shower took several minutes to get warm, and the stopper on the sink wouldn't go up so my beard trimmings and toothpaste didn't rinse down the drain. Luckily the staff did fix the sink the second day of my stay. The second night, I noticed there was also a distinct dip in the mattress on one side, that my body sort of sank into. Furthermore, the room next to mine had a tiny dog that was barking constantly from 11:30-12AM. Overall, this particular stay was not worth it. Next time I will be asking to not be put into one of these small rooms.

horrible staff

Pros: decent room
Cons: customer service
Location: nothing really to do. 15 mins nearest shopping area, no dining areas, construction outside as well
this hotel seems like its all nice and decent which it is somewhat true but the staff made our stay horrible. the two people at the front desk were so rude. we got there pretty late and when we did ,one of them tried to argue with me about what room i booked until i showed him my confirmation through Expedia. when we got to our rooms, the beds seemed small and there was no fridge in the room, so we called down to request one. the lady was so rude that she started yelling. when i mentioned it was on the site , her exact words were " where did you read that" (yelling) When i asked her to bring her voice down she blamed it one a cold. I had my young child with me and needed to keep her milk and food cold but she said they could bring the fridge in the morning and could not accommodate us since it wasn't their fault expedia didn't update their website and that we should have called before booking. After this i was frustrated and tired and went to sleep. when it was time to checkout, i asked for additional hour just till 12 which many hotels accommodate, but she stated they were sold out and could not do so. The weekend we stayed was a snow storm and we hadn't seen not that many people at the hotel. It was nearly empty outside as well plus we checked out on a sunday, I just could not believe it was sold out. All and all this stay was the worst. I kind of felt like they looked down on us because maybe they felt we didn't belong at the hotel.

Rough bedding led to skin rash. Pillows are soft and loose. Really uncomfortable sleep. Terrible air quality made us sick with head cold. Room service prices come with a delivery fee and room service fee
