this hotel seems like its all nice and decent which it is somewhat true but the staff made our stay horrible. the two people at the front desk were so rude. we got there pretty late and when we did ,one of them tried to argue with me about what room i booked until i showed him my confirmation through Expedia. when we got to our rooms, the beds seemed small and there was no fridge in the room, so we called down to request one. the lady was so rude that she started yelling. when i mentioned it was on the site , her exact words were " where did you read that" (yelling) When i asked her to bring her voice down she blamed it one a cold. I had my young child with me and needed to keep her milk and food cold but she said they could bring the fridge in the morning and could not accommodate us since it wasn't their fault expedia didn't update their website and that we should have called before booking.After this i was frustrated and tired and went to sleep. when it was time to checkout, i asked for additional hour just till 12 which many hotels accommodate, but she stated they were sold out and could not do so. The weekend we stayed was a snow storm and we hadn't seen not that many people at the hotel. It was nearly empty outside as well plus we checked out on a sunday, I just could not believe it was sold out. All and all this stay was the worst. I kind of felt like they looked down on us because maybe they felt we didn't belong at the hotel.
