We stayed overnight to attend a baseball game. The hotel was comfortable and convenient. I especially appreciated the friendly staff from housekeeping and at breakfast!

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet, friendly and polite staff, very good breakfast options. Train is anbout 7-10 minutes walk, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Washington, DC. Our party of 6 enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this place!

Rooms were nice and clean and the hotel is conveniently located in/near Old Town. As others have mentioned, the parking is completely unrealistic. The spaces are way too small and there is no where that a larger vehicle can park without expecting door dings and body damage due to super tight spaces. That will be a tough sell if we return.

Room was nice and clean. Felt like a safe area and isn’t feel like I was on edge in the room. Standard rooms large with lots of amenities. The BAD I was charged 50$ for parking when the sign said 40, at around midnight my card was randomly charged for 20$ which we were still there so it’s not like they could charge us for anything in the room, which we didn’t use anyhow.

This hotel is in the perfect location in Old Town "Waterfront" just a few steps from the water/shops and restaurants. The walking path along the water is pretty and so easy. The hotels front desk people could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The room was very nice. A couple of things that bothered us was being on the second floor you could hear everything happening in the restaurant below. Moving of chairs and tables etc. The other thing was that they did not provide bottled water in our room. It seems most hotels now provide water to their guests. With that said, I would still recommend staying at this hotel....maybe on the 3rd floor or higher.

We booked a suite for our family of 4. When we checked in, we were offered a corner room, which was wonderful! Every person on staff was happy and kind. Great breakfast and great house keeping. Great stay.

I was traveling for a cheerleading event and was pleased to stay at the Residence Inn. The shuttle was great and the fact that we had a few things in walking distance was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice property, nice area, I was allowed to check in super early. 3 1/2 hours! Great sevice with Patti. I had drove 6 hours from NC alone and was exhausted. 6 minutes later I was in the shower relaxing!

A great location with a very friendly staff Parking is secure and easy but on the expensive side. During the day construction project next door is constantly noisy - best to request a room on the opposite side away from the construction noise.

Loved being in Old Town. No parking for full size trucks and front desk could not help with an option for parking. I was literally told you just have to see what's open on the streets! For $200 per night they should have parking or at least answers on where a brand new 2500 diesel can park. If I would have fit the hotel garage was $40 per day! Ridiculous!! It was 6 degrees outside and the heat in the room would not go above 66 degrees. It was freezing in our room. The front desk did nothing to remedy the lack of heat issue! The hotel should tell people they can not accommodate trucks or heat! What a horrible stay.

Perfect for a Comfortable Stay
Honestly, this hotel has everything you need for a comfortable, affordable stay. The kitchen amenities were perfect for our weekend, the cleaning staff was friendly and prompt with requests, and the front desk was welcoming and considerate. The gym is great for short stays (I was able to stretch and lift with no issues); the laundry room was sooo great, using an app and not having to worry about coins or cash; and the breakfast was outstanding: lots of choice with delicious items. We will definitely stay here again.

We always stay here when we are in DC ,(several times a year.) Easy parking, 5 minute walk to Metro and Old Town Shuttle. Great staff.

My spouse usually always stay at residence inn in Alexandria VA. Everything was nice, it’s always clean, the staff is nice. They are definitely much better than the one in Orlando Florida. The only thing I don’t like is paying for parking.

Very good staff they delivered extra towels when we ask on dirty short notice. Front staff is extremely considerate and friendly. Dairy queen room and delicious breakfast. Parking is forty dollars per night but it is a good garage

This hotel is clean and quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I only wish the bed was king size. But it’s not a huge problem. The only other issue is that the bathroom sink is located right by the bed and it’s difficult to get ready while your partner is trying to sleep. Overall a nice hotel and I would stay there again.
