This hotel was super clean. Upon opening the room door, there was a fresh lemon-like scent, smelled really great. The kitchen area and refrigerator was spotless. The sofa super clean, the floors, bed, and bath area all very clean. No dust, no stains, no scents, and no spots. I was very pleased with my stay here and would gladly book again when needed. Concierge staff was also very polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you!

Go somewhere else.
The sofa bed wasn't made up in advance as requested. The TV console cabinet was falling apart. The bathroom was very awkward arrangement with the door and toilet.

Florida return
Very comfortable suite , clean and spacious Exactly what we wanted. Would stay in this type of room for an extended time. As well. Breakfast with everything we needed.

Maria at the front desk was super nice and helpful!! Maria the manager was very kind to us and warmed coffee for my 70 year old mom! She made sure our room was perfect. I would definitely stay again!!!!

While the bed was comfortable, the room as a whole was not. Broken and missing door knobs in the room was unacceptable to me. There were no drawer storage for our clothing and we were there for a week.

I absolultey loved the front desk staff. I did not get the young lady's name that checked me in and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. She was went above and beyond her duties. And the young man in the evening was exceptional as well.

Our room had several repairs that needed to done. The bathroom and kitchen faucets were leaking. The main TV did not work. The closet door was broken, bathroom tiles broken and TV panel fell off. This room (203) needs repairs before allowing others to stay there. The staff was friendly. The breakfast ran out every few minutes and one person was trying to keep it stocked. I would stay again but, check out the rooms prior to unpacking. Location is great.

I was unable to check-in it stay due to a death in the family when i texted it to the property myself and through Expedia they denied me a refund even though i couldn't make my stay due to a death... They had no care for my loss nor my money they took over one hundred dollars for a stay i never used,offered no change of dates NOTHING!!! THEY JUST KEPT MY MONEY AND EXPRESSED THEY WE'RE SORRY FOR MY KIDS BUT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE MY STAY DATES AND THEY WE'RE UNABLE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.... SO OVER ALL THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME FOR SERVICES I WAS NEVER PROVIDED...

I was forced to stay here because of Hurricane Ian as I was booked on the auto train - it was cancelled for a week. the Staff here Anna, Andrea and Maria and other names I do not know were fabulous in helping me find services(for my dog) restaurants, etc for my week long stay. They were so helpful - if you ever have to stay in the area - stay here!

Not enough pillows or blankets to sleep
Horrible. There were not enough blankets and pillows for half our party. We booked for 5 people and so there should have been pillows and blankets to make the pull out bed, but there were not. We thought it was no big deal and called the front desk and were told they only had one pillow left. We ended up having to share pillows and blankets from one bed which were not enough to go around and not everyone had a blanket. I expect more from this level hotel.

A shelter from a storm
I originally booked one night to get on the Auto Train but Hurricane Ian intervened - I ended up staying a week and everyone was so nice, having a kitchen and laundry was great - close to everything - nice grounds to walk my dog. The staff - front desk, operations, maids - were fabulous! will stay there the next time I am getting on the auto train!
