Part of this hotel feels like a dungeon
Posted Sep 25, 2016
For some reason we were sent to a low level dungeon zone of the hotel, accessible through dark corridors and untrustworthy elevators, through isolated stairwells, to a room that we were fearful of leaving. We were expecting great views from high rise tower room. Instead we were sent to some auxiliary section at ground level not very well connected to the main hotel. I regret the experience, if I stayed there again I would insist on staying in the tower building, I believe there was room there for us, hotel clerk was under some kind of instructions to send Expedia customers to the 1 star hotel section. Defeats the purpose of Expedia if we are treated as second class customers.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate your feedback and honesty regarding your stay. We are sorry to see you did not enjoy your visit with us. Our hotel has a unique structure, where we have rooms in the tower as well as in our pavilion section. We do our very best to accommodate all of our guests the best we can, and there may be times where we cannot due to business volume. We do hope you would consider us again in the future, as we would do our very best to accommodate in a room better suited to your needs. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to see you again.
