Close to work, shopping & metro

I stay here for business--the location is perfect. Each stay has it's challenges; this time it took three key cards and 30 mins to get into my room. Not a fun thing after driving 2 hrs and working a 12-hour day. All in all, it was a good stay--love their beds...so comfortable!

Nothing to brag about, check in through expedia was the worst they make it seem like your incompetent and less than human when booking through third party sites.

Beautiful view of the city. I love the windows it always for me to feel comfortable and relaxed. I fell right to sleep.

Great hotel

Great hotel next to 2 fast food chains along with a 1 minute walk to wallmart. Downside is no fridge and only a sushi restaurant at the hotel. Apart from that, I will be back again for sure. Thanks for all.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. I am sorry if you missed this when you were here. We do have a Sushi Bar each evening, but this is in addition to our restaurant. We hope next time you are in town, you can stay again and try our restaurant, Brix and Ale!

Great hotel my only complaint was the lady at the bar is extremely RUDE!! everyone else was very polite and welcoming

Pros: Bed / linen & the view
Cons: Everything needs updating
The hotel is in need of a facelift - the communal areas, particularly corridors look dirty and old despite the best efforts of staff to keep things clean. Rooms were large with everything you need and a lovely view, but again - very old. The bed and linen were fantastic - definitely the highlight. The biggest frustration was the ice machine on my floor - It made so much noise it sounded like it was going to take off! I complained 3 times that it was keeping me awake, and nothing improved. I think someone tried to fix it (at 2am!) but it didn't get any better.
