Pros: Bed / linen & the view
Cons: Everything needs updating
The hotel is in need of a facelift - the communal areas, particularly corridors look dirty and old despite the best efforts of staff to keep things clean. Rooms were large with everything you need and a lovely view, but again - very old. The bed and linen were fantastic - definitely the highlight. The biggest frustration was the ice machine on my floor - It made so much noise it sounded like it was going to take off! I complained 3 times that it was keeping me awake, and nothing improved. I think someone tried to fix it (at 2am!) but it didn't get any better.

Rooms are OK

Location: The location is great close to shopping.
The rooms are ok but the common areas are dingy and in need of updating

Pros: This hotel is nice for the price. Good location- close to restaurants, Tyson's corner mall, and Walmart. Check in is smooth, rooms are clean and accommodating.
Cons: Hotel service could be better. Location makes hotel hard to find. Parking is scare.

Unspoiled, clean, courteous

Pros: Relarive to other hotels in the area, it retains tasteful furnishings and was apparently made with superior materials for flooring and decorations. Staff were excellent, and everything was very clean. The bath even had a hand-hold.
Cons: It is a little difficult to find when driving, due to inadequacy of the road signs in the area. Parking was good but unattended.
Location: It is located in a major suburban growth area, adjacent to a very large retal/office development and the road to Dulles Airport.

Conference stay

Pros: Restaurant very good.
Cons: Give every room a thorough cleaning and clean bedding of bed mites. It is an aged hotel and it is showing. Retrain housekeeping to do a thorough job.
Location: Metro stop minutes away as well as small restaurants and Wallmart.
Room dusty. Dusty walls and bedside tables and trays evident that rooms are not cleaned properly. Bedding didn't feel clean as my skin itched that week. Beds are old as well.

Relaxing!

Pros: I enjoyed my room. The conference rooms were comfortable for lectures as well.
Cons: 1 of the elevators was broken so travel up/down was a bit slow. Also, the pool is pretty and viewed from 3 floors - I would have preferred privacy.
Location: Walking distance from Walmart and a few local restaurants.
Life gets so busy and chaotic. It felt great to enter the room and have no specific requirements on my evening! I relaxed and enjoyed the robe and slippers available in the room. The bed and pillows were amazing! Sooo comfortable!

Excellent! Exceeded expectations

Pros: The serving staff was amazing as was the food throughout our meeting! Nice room good view helpful serving staff
Cons: The front desk folks were all a bit anxious and worried the evening we checked in. My friend booked a room w king bed weeks in advance but was told when she arrived no king beds avail. Even though the girl behind me was told she couldn't have a room w two queens because there were none left and she got a king she didn't want. The morning staff was much more professional and happy.
Location: Didn't go out much except on shuttle at night to eat. Nothing around the hotel other then a Walmart (which was handy for buying snacks for flt home!)

room very old and small

They arrange us at low building, it is old building, room small. Quiet but scary.

Everyday there was a problem with the internet service. The small refrigerator sat on the floor. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor. I would not stay again
