Great accommodation but wish it was a little closer to Dulles Airport

Great hotel near Dulles airport

Pros: Staff was very friendly and it is super close to the airport.
Cons: I didn't care for the bedding they used. Sheets didn't fit tight on the bed. I did not care for bedspread, layers of sheets around it would separate
Location: I was a bit disappointed there were not any other restaurants or shops near by within walking distance. I think there was a shuttle available, though
Everything thing was really good. I was a little disappointed that the main restaurant was closed on a Sunday night. We could have eaten dinner in the bar, but with two children with me, that was not appealing. We made the best of it and ordered room service. I only rated room comfort a 3 because I didn't like the sheets. Everything was very clean and bed was comfortable, I just prefer a bottom sheet that fits tighter on a bed. And I don't like that kind of bedspread. The quilt/blanket is sandwiched in between layers of sheets, kind of like a duvet, however they easily separate, so you are touching the blanket itself. I always wonder if hotels that use this kind of bedspread actually are required to wash the blanket itself, or just the sheets around it.

Bad experience

I have stayed at this hotel in the past. I never had any problems until now. The staff and room were excellent. However, this time my stay was quite memorable. The shower fell apart . When I flushed the toilet, water was spraying out of the toilet.

Nice airport hotel

I was stranded at Dulles due to flight cancellations. This hotel had a free shuttle, quick and easy check in. After a long flight from Moscow, it was a wonderful respite.

Close to Dulles Airport

Pros: Staff was professional and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: TV reception was poor. We were able to receive only 2 or 3 of the listed channels.. Ice maker on our floor did not work but did get ice on next one.
Location: DULLES AIRPORT!!
We were greeted by a professionally dressed desk clerk who was pleasant and informative. The room was clean and well appointed. We had concerns that there would be excessive noise because we were close to highways and the airport. While there was road noise outside, we heard none of it inside our room. The pool was clean. Overall, it was a pleasure to spend the night there.

Pros: Comfortable bed and great pillows
Cons: Internet service should be included as standard in today's market and more milk for coffee
Comfortable room and excellent dining both dinner and breakfast. Short shuttle bus ride from the airport
