Nice hotel close to the airport

When you walk in it is beautiful. The staff at the desk was very nice and helpful with all the directions to my room and where to park. The room was lovely it was clean but my shower had a little bit of mold on the tile. The bar was nice the bartender was nice made sure my glass was refilled when needed. My cheese burger was a little on the dry-side for medium well but was tasty. over all I would recommend this hotel to everyone I had a nice stay.

Great Holiday Stay

The best thing about this Westin property is the staff. Everyone was so nice and professional. The shuttle drivers and front desk clerks were awesome! They helped us navigate our commutes to DC everyday. Room service was excellent as well. The restaurant was outstanding too. The meal and the serrvice were top notch! I know this location is predominantly used by corporate clients but it was a pleasure to spend the Christmas holiday at this location.

Stuck in DC because our plan from Burlington was late due to weather. Checked in around 2:00am, out around 5:30 am. Slept three hours and left for Reagan.

Reception was not friendly at all. Person at the desk either didn't like his job or not happy at that day.

Accommodating. Overall positive. The hotel restaurant could stand to be improved...not so much the atmosphere, which was fine, but the food was Ok. It could have been better for what I had paid.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Unfortunately it's like all the other hotels inside so there is no differentiation in what is offered. The staff was nice and the place was clean.
Cons: It's all about the details and it could be improved. Example, the shower knobs could be put on better with holes not showing.
Location: There were not unless you drove.
Having the conference I attended made it easier to chose the hotel. The staff was more than accommodating.

Cons: Read above
No free wifi. No free continental breakfast. Add charges to your credit card without informing you. Food court very pricey. Card key to room suck. Parking arrangement very awkward set up.
