“At this price point, I was genuinely excited to stay here — but the experience was a complete disappointment. Every single towel had a strange smell, and I don’t think it was detergent. It was more like the musty odor of something moldy. The bathtub was clogged, so water kept backing up during showers, which felt awful. “Not traditional hotel. Cozy and stylish one. 10 minutes walk to Clake/ Lake CTA station which directly go to airport. A pretty good choice for medium priced accommodation in a high living cost city like Chicago. ”

“The rooftops bar and the lobby areas were nice. Had a few problems with the room at check in, after the third try I finally got a okay room. Staff is okay, not overly friendly. Nothing is complimentary like breakfast compared to surrounding hotels with comparable room prices. Not sure that I would stay there again or recommend to anyone. Location wise, it was great and close to other stores and restaurants.”
