Cons: bathtub clean
was good experience had to have bathtub clean very filty don,t think it had been clean in quite a while

FRAUD, OVER-PRICED

Location: Fraud
Hotel is over priced, I swear it does not worth the price. The worst hotel I have been in my lifetime. I will never recommend it to someone or go back there again even in my dream. The name is a misrepresentation. Not even a breakfast after paying so much, very poor services, and facility condition, and dirty. This hotel should be a 2-star hotel from a liberal point of view. This hotel is a fraud.

Nice location

Pool was out of order no shuttle. Was relying on these amenities as described on their website.

Hotel ok but NO pool!

Advertised as having an indoor pool. Get there and they said we had to use pool in hotel next door. Also no complimentary breakfast.

Thank you for your review, I am very sorry that the pool was out of service for re-surfacing. It is reopening later this week. We do prepare our breakfast items fresh to order and serve Starbucks coffee all day, and we offer dinner and bar service daily as well.

Jungle Damp Carpet

I know they have to clean carpets, but when the hotel is 10% full would have been nice to have been in one of the first rooms cleaned so the carpet would have been closer to dry! Came back to room after 7 hour meeting to gross mildew smell and had to ask for new room (thanks Jordan- very sweet!) only to come back next day after 7 hours to note that they shampoo'd THAT room that day. I gave up. Had to sleep with a/c on all night on high, to keep warm damp jungle smell away
