Lifetime Experience

Pros: Cheap rate
Cons: too long list
Location: good location
1. Arrived at 11:15 PM - Lobby was closed - it took 45 minutes to get an attended to open and give me the keys to my room. 2. Hotel was out of Towels - attendant gave me a few hand towels - had to use hand towel as body towels 3. A hotel resident had her car broke into and property stolen - as i was checking in ! 4. Cheap bed spread 5. sticky tile floor 6. Free breakfast consist of granloa bars ONLY

Need a refund

Housekeeping never got to this room before I checked in. No towels no soap dirty tables and floor, smelled like marijuana smoke and to top it off there were roaches in the cabinet. I need a refund and they are holding my money hostage after only ten minutes in the room.

Hotel was not clean. Did see some baby roaches, bath tubs are black around the edges, bed wasnt to comfortable. Decor is very outdated.Me and friends went to austin just for a night to party so only used the room to sleep for about 4 hrs thank goodness because couldnt imagine utilizing it any longer. Would not stay here again.

There was no towels or wash cloth in the room and none was available until the next morning.

Close to where we needed to go

The condition of the motel is terrible considering its location. So run down and unkempt. Seems like they don't do a thorough cleanup job after each guest. I will not be staying here again when I'm in Austin.

Never again

As soon as I arrived there were issues. The price on Expedia was not the price the room was charged for. They claimed there was a mix up. Dirty towels all in the bathroom, spiders were everywhere and the room still had trash from previous occupant. Left within 20 minutes of arriving and went to another hotel.

My fiancé arrived an hour before I did and was followed to our room by some guy. The trash from the previous occupant was still in the room. There was a picture on the wall that the glass was shattered. I found little bits of glass on the floor. There was never any hot water and I was scared to pull the plug for the shower because I thought the faucet was gonna come out of the wall at any moment.

Worst Hotel Ever!!

Pros: The reception staff at least helpful & friendly.
Cons: Rooms should be cleaned properly!!
We checked in late after the F1 and when we entered the room the room was not even made or cleaned. We returned to the reception to get another room. The second room was at least made, but the dirty towels were in the bathtub in a wet pile. This made me question the general cleanliness of the room so we returned back to reception to complain. While at reception there was another guest complaining about the room assigned to her and I could see that she was also on her 2nd assigned room. The receptionist offered a 3rd room for me to go and view. The 3rd room was at least made, but had an awful smell. My husband then returned to reception to complain, but they had no more rooms so after calling the manager the manager suggested that the receptionist go and make one of the beds! Since I felt this was ridiculous we eventually took the 3rd room, but the deadbolt was missing and the door's lock appeared as if someone entered by force. This didn't make me feel very safe. We booked in July for this F1 weekend in October and it is very disappointing to see a hotel managed like this over one of Austin's busiest weekends! Will never book at any of this group's hotels again!!

Geez

The room was small and dirty. It was a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The Bed was dirty, Tub was dirty. I arrived late and the staff was very nice but because the room was not clean, I had trouble settling in and getting some rest. I was so "over" the condition of the place that I skipped the Breakfast.

Smelly and dirty

The first room we were given was supposed to be Non-smoker but it reeked of smoke so bad we had to get a new one. The second room smelled just as bad and was still dirty from the last occupants. When I brought up the conditions of the room to the front desk (again) they were rude and didn’t believe me. Only after they verified the room was indeed filthy, we asked a refund and left. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel
