Hotel completely unsanitary! Don’t stay there!

Posted Nov 8, 2017
Pros: Nothing - extremely dirty and rating/description is misleading
Cons: See details on experience.
I was travelling with my extended family which had children and a pregnant person. As we arrive at the hotel the rooms are completely dirty and has roaches. We ask to be moved rooms (note we had 2) and all of the 4 had the same situation and 1 of the rooms was clearly showing Its door had been broken in previously. That didn’t make us safe. We all left the hotel after working to find a clen room about 3 hours after we checked in. This was at 10-ish pm and both of our kids were sleeping. Next day called Extended Stays offices and they said the hotel manager would contact me to resolve but I never got any contact from them. I also escalated to Expedia and they basicaly ignored me saying they could not resolve any of the issues. VERY DISAPPOINTING and UNACCEPTABLE customer service.

Not a relaxing, comfortable stay for me...

Posted Oct 29, 2017
Pros: The price was low, and the location was good. Having the kitchenette could have been useful.
Cons: Refurbish and deep clean the rooms. The noisy HVAC in my room was falling apart. Just seemed like no one cared enough about the place to make it bette
Location: Nice city with a lot to do.
I just couldn't get comfortable enough here to rest. It seemed to be clean, but the room and hotel was just too worn for me. There was a Band-Aid stuck to the floor near the elevator, and while I could have picked it up, that wasn't my job. In the 2+ days I tried to stay here, none of the housekeeping or hotel staff got rid of that Band-aid stuck to the floor. That Band-aid just kind of summed up the stay for me.

Just a hotel for 1 night

Posted Oct 23, 2017
We came down for a family event and this was the only hotel available because of Fema issues. We check in and the lady was very nice. When we got in our room the lights had bugs in there and not light in the bathroom. The front desk did not have another light or another room. So my 90 year old grandma had to take a shower in the dark. The only light is my phone light, not very safe. Overall not very clean and we will not stay again.

It sucked. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Light out in bathroom. Dozens of rats in the parking lot that night.

Not a happy camper

Posted Oct 18, 2017
A.c. unit in my room didn't work. Leaked water. The fridge would make these loud noises...sounded like someone was trying to barge into my room but it was the fridge. Hallways smelled and the trash cans had not been emptied in easily 3-4 days. Trash stunk so bad on all floors. I wouldn't stay there again, much less recommend it yo anyone.

Room Not Fit for Use

Posted Sep 28, 2017
The following were wrong with the room they gave me. Of course I discovered it after we've settled in the room. They offered to move us. Bathroom door does not close. Carpet in front of AC wet due to condensation Kitchen light does not work. Light cover is about to fall Missing smoke detector in kitchen I notified the receptionist when I checked out, so they don't lease it again before getting fixed.
