Pros: The servers in the breakfast room on 9/15 were super great!!
Cons: New mattresses and pillows!! check all the equipment in room for properly working.
Not the quality expected for a Hilton brand. Disappointed in the room comfort. The bed looked and felt like an elephant had last slept there - very "sunken in" - for two people in bed we kept sinking into each other. The pillows were fluffy in appearance only. As soon as put head on they became flat as pancake. The bedside table did not work. I reported it and they never sent anyone to fix or replace.

Good hotel in North Austin

Good hotel for the price. About 15 minutes from downtown. Very clean, both the room and lobby. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Fast check-in. Spacious room. There were a lot of restaurants and stores close by, we were particularly thankful for the Walmart and Starbucks near the hotel. But the A/C unit in our room rattled very loudly, which was annoying. The bed was hard and made my back sore. Overall, we were pleased. Just wish it would've been a little closer to downtown.

Very noisy

Many of the rooms in this hotel overlook a major freeway. Even on the top floor the noise from the freeway traffic was quite loud day and night. I slept using a white noise app on my phone and still woke up around 6 am each morning due to the freeway noise.

Just okay

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was okay. Nothing spectacular but not a horrible experience. We reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights. Check in was easy and the front desk service was great! They were very accommodating to our special circumstances and we were very appreciative for that. The room had its issues but they weren't a huge deal. The toilet ran constantly and was a slight annoyance but nothing a closed bathroom door at night won't fix. The shower door leaked so we would just make sure to put towels up against it so it didn't flood the bathroom. The walls are super thin so any noise my kids made resulted in us telling them to constantly be quiet out of respect for our neighbors. The maid service didn't come our first day so we just reused our towels. The morning of our checkout, the maid walked in without knocking while I was changing. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Next time, I might pay a little extra for the hotel next door but for what we paid, the hotel stay wasn't bad overall.

Great place-quiet, clean

A very good place to stay. I was given a handicapped accessible room (even though I didn't request) that was large and clean. Being older I did appreciate, very much, the safety bars in the bath area. The front desk personnel were marvelous! Although I didn't have the breakfast, it appeared to be a very welcoming & inviting way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again.

High expectations, results not delivered.

Clean hotel and friendly evening staff. Our room had not been cleaned so they switched to a different room. The bed was rock hard, told them about it in the morning after trying to sleep in the chair. Desk clerk told me it was my fault that the bed was hard. Never coming back!

Pros: location
Cons: Breakfast included in price
Location: The Domain for shopping and HEB across the street
Room was nice but bed had a big dip in the middle of it. In the gym only one treadmill was working. Wish the room rate included breakfast. Coffee and fruit infused water was nice!
